After calling various LabCorp facilities which sent me to voicemail(Downey and Los Angeles), Natalie picked up the phone and informed me they were taking walk ins until 3:15. I rushed over and made it by 2:50. The staff were quick and professional, I maybe spend 15-20 mins. My technician was Natalie who was very nice and professional. I miss the times in which the communication was not automated and you actually speak to people. Great place to come get your labs drawn!

I was a walk-In. I went June 26th, 2023The lady at front desk super nice and welcoming.She explained that it would be a long wait since I was a walk in. She then explained that I could go to eat or something and she will call me as soon as I am ready to go next. I did just that I went to eat lunch and she called me. they helped me during their lunch breaks. It was a drug test. The lady in the back doing the test was also very nice and professional. Then when I was done and I left I accidentally took a different way back to my car. but it was the best they have a beautiful waterfall and garden. I saw nurses eating lunch by the pond and it looked so relaxing and peaceful. Everyone should work in that type of environment. Good job Labcorp for choosing this office in Torrance. Lots of parking to choose from.

Been coming here for a while now & u need to get my blood drawn every 6 weeks & each time is always a pleasure experience. Everyone is super nice & and accommodating.

This place is a joke, the process takes forever. The website had no reservations available for a few days, but the site said they take walk-in's. So I walked in 40 minutes later, and the receptionist told me they only take walk-ins between 1-3pm (that should have been mentioned on the website) . Returned the next day at 1pm, for a ridiculous wait.

I have now come back to this office after an unpleasant experience 4 years ago. I can honestly say it's a total 90 degree turnaround. The front desk has 1 person checking patients in and she is friendly. I had an appointment so the wait went pretty fast. I want to say super thanks to Sherry who collected my labs, she was very nice and explained every thing she was doing, making sure she had the right patient and even asking me if I had any questions. Thanks again Sherry I hope I get you next time I come here, you made the visit pleasant.

If you are coming for a Drug test know that there is a cut off time for drug testing. That is 11am. Although it says they have 2 time slots the lab ONLY DRUG TESTS EARLY MORNINGS. SO BE SURE TO COME ON BEFORE 11AM. I luckily made it on time for my drug screening.Youll have to wait downstairs in lobby, they will call you when its your tirn. Bring ID, Email or Refrence # and a full bladder ready to pee..

I always love going into the buildings here. Skypark is amazing. The offices are beautiful & the waterfalls/fountains are beautiful. It really makes you feel like you are at a park at the doctor's office...My appointments & our families appointments are quick easy & fast.

I have been here a couple times for blood tests, and I have had pretty good experiences.Clean environment, friendly and competent staff, usually very little or no wait.

Update your office hours. I drove down here on Saturday because it advertised it was open only to get here and find it doesn't even have weekend hours. Very inconvenient depending on the type of service you're trying to get.

I really appreciate the help from the kind young lady (Long dark hair in a braid and wore glasses)whom was working at the front desk. She was patient, informative and helpful when my lab orders could not be found. She was also great at assisting people with the process of checking in at the kiosk.

If I can give 10 starts I would!! I've been through many LabCorps but this one is the very best!! I made my appointment and as soon as I arrived, the lady in the front desk was very friendly and professional. She completely verified me and right away assigned me into a room for blood draw. Not even a minute, a wonderful, professional and super friendly lady named "Sherry G" withdrew my blood and I did not felt a pinch at all. So easy, no pain. Sherry then verified my name and had me spell my name, address and date of birth and also on the blood vials. I felt so secured and comfortable. She is so AWESOME!! I totally recommend this place!

I’m here, and have been waiting with my 92 year old client, for a technician to come and draw his blood.I peek out the door to see what’s going on and I see the receptionist move our orders, to allow another patient ahead of us because they’d been waiting a while. But they were waiting because they missed they’re appointment, and had to get it rescheduled. Then I see a technician talking, to another technician that’s doing a draw, and they’re talking about where to find movie theaters.Unbelievable.
