Today i came to get lab work after i got my urine sample i ask where i put sample cup at and the lady doing computer work told me to read the sign with attitude made me feel stupid i wish i got her name other then that all staff are friendly

I highly recommend Labcorp, and this location in particular...a big shoutout to Amy and Catherine! In general, Labcorp is much more customer friendly than its key competitor and we all know who that is. I've had only one experience with this particular location. Recently, I was late getting my very ill daughter's urine sample to this office (pretty much an emergency) and Amy and Catherine went out of their way to accommodate me. Kudos to you both!

When my appointment in Rolling Hills was cancelled I walked in to Labcorp at 3440 Lomita Bl. I got my blood test promptly.
Ila Marie & Amy were very efficient and courteous. A very pleasant experience, thank you.

Nice people completely overwhelmed, the other Labcorp nearby is secretly closed.And so everyone comes here!Long waits in crowded room.Don’t wait for your name to be called get in line the one person helping is much too busy to call names.

If I can give less than one star I would. My mom went to this LabCorp for her blood work because the one she likes to goto is closed. The wait for to draw her blood was about 1.5 hours and when it was time to draw her blood, most of the office was on lunch. Well the person who drew her blood jammed the needle into her arm. My mom never screamed when she gets her blood drawn but because of this person who has no bedside manners, shoved the needle into her arm and kept doing it after she screamed. I'm sure my comment will over looked by the management staff because of their lack of empathy for people whose need their help. I hope I don't see this man again. I will not hold back my mood if this action repeats once again. Firstly this lab staff need to be educated how to treat people with respect especially their there to entrust you to draw their blood or whatever they needed to complete lab work to get healthy. Second, management need to reevaluate themselves why some many people are giving their office so many complaints about their lack of respect for people. At this point, this laboratory is worthless piece of crap and I hope you don't end up putting someone into a health crisis by your lackluster help.

What makes this place top notch is Diane, who is super helpful and keeps the place running smoothly. As I started to use the kiosk and fumble with my ID, she immediately came to my aid and assisted me in a kind manner. I noticed her constantly jumping up to assist newcomers and to provide an estimate of the wait time. I am also satisfied with those drawing my blood and how easy it is schedule appointments online. (I've done both, appointment and walk-in.)

Im literally here at this location as i type this and im giving this place 1 star because Ms DIANE is very rude. My mom doesnt speak English and diane is very impatient i went in to help my mom translate and she being very rude. Some other lady also walks in and DIANE starts telling her to wait outside when there is no line.. definitely going to another location next time

This location opens at 7am and they also take walk-ins. I've been at this location many times over the years (by appointment and as a walk-in) and it's been a fairly good experience in the past. Today I didn't have an appointment, but I was 4th in line. They allow 3 at a time to enter their lobby to check in at the kiosks. I was in the second group of 3. We were invited in and we each signed in at the kiosks. When I finished, I noticed the other 2 people (who were behind me in the outside line) were now in front of me in the inside line. Apparently one had an appointment, but the other didn't. There are 5 patient rooms, so that meant I had to wait. Ugh!! I didn't want to make a scene about it, but I was disappointed that the lady who was directing us didn't say something. So I sat down and waited. Typically I've only waited about 20 minutes... However, not today! Surprisingly I witnessed 5 people taken in, who showed up 15 minutes to 1 hour before their scheduled appointments, while us walk-ins had to wait, wait, wait. I ended up being there over an hour before they finally called me in... WTF!! On a positive note... at least the majority of the staff were nice.

Terrible customer service here!!!! I have been waiting for more than 2 hours. When initially they said 30-40 mins … to another 20 mins thereafter and another 30mins!! And after they call your name and put you in a room to wait another 30 mins!!!!Ridiculous!!!For someone who is diabetic and have been fasting for more than 12hrs already, my sugar was definitely slowly going down.After 2 hours, I get called!!!!Never in this location again!!!Labcorp needs more staffing!!!Ridiculous!!!!

I went in yesterday to take my daughter it was my first time here and I wasn't sure how to check in. I attempted to ask Sherry for help and before I could finish my question she cut me off and was yelling at me to go to the kiosk. I was very startled and confused. I believe a young female named faith assisted me and explained to me the process. She was very kind and honestly the only reason I stayed.

Giving 3 stars only because the young lady that drew my blood was very nice. The are absolutely garbage at answering their phone, which makes no sense because the women in front are just sitting there doing nothing, people have to register themselves via kiosk. They pick up and hang up on people, I’ve tried calling several times at this location and others with zero response and same situation of pick and hang up. You can’t even call to ask a question cause they don’t answer so you will have to drive there to get any information. Front staff is no good from what I’ve seen, the girls in back always nice and quick.

I have been to a few locations, and this one has been by far the best. Everything inside was clean and the employees were all nice and helpful. I have always made appointments to all the other locations and, even with an appointment, have had to wait 10 min to an hour. I must have walked in at the perfect time because no waiting, 8 blood samples later I was out the door without any bruises!! Will definitely be coming here in the future.
