Worst front desk customer service. Very rude. Little old lady came in who could barely walk and they just yelled at her “go check in on the tablet”.

This place is a hit or miss . I came to Labcorp on Monday, since it was a a holiday it was easy , waited 45 minutes to be seen . The person who saw me . She was very respectful , friendly & discreet. Meaning she wasn't yelling my name and birth like other do . She was super friendly and when she poked me , it was painless

This location is not closed, as ot said on Yelp. I have been taking my parents and myself here for the past few years for our routine blood work. They are well organized, and service is rapid, unlike other locations or compared to Quest. The facility is clean and bright. They have 5 draw stations, but most of the time, understaffed.

I always come to this lab for blood work never had a problem especially when I made an appointment. Today’s experience was way different the new staff has no proper manner nor communication skills. It’s sad to say the younger lab techs need more communication and manners teaching. The older techs where way nice faster and know how to treat their patients.

Absolutely rude and unhelpful staff in the front desk. Not a hello they just tell you to checkin in the tablets. And then I almost got sent back or "try my luck with quest across the street". She could've easily looked at my file and found what she needed but she almost made walk out. Worst front desk ever. The doctor that actually helped me was very nice, sadly I'm never coming back here because of the front desk. I just heard the lady just now tell an old lady "I said three" with a very rude tone when she only asked for confirmation wth.

Theresia or Kenisia, from Labcorp Patient Service Center on Earl St has the worst customer service you can get. She should find another job, she is the rudest. No customer service skills. Zero! If I can give a zero star I would.

It says they will open at 7am but i came saturday 7:43am and the line was so long from door to all the way hallway to the elevator, and they finally opened at 7:50am. Wow, wasted time to those people need to go another important stuff to do. This business needs to put there open time at 8am if thats case they take their time to open. Then stafff are coughing. And i found out from other client that when they close, they close 15 mins before the time. So they open late and close early. They should fix the time of open and close times

Amazing Patient Care from Start /Check In- to End/Check Out. I have been in the medical field for more than 15+ years. With all kinds of insurances and medical needs. No matter who it is for or the reason for it. So therefore I know when the same dedication and sympathy Is being reciprocated. I don’t understand how this lab has 1 star reviews. The staff is so friendly and their checkin process was fast. I recommend this lab and would definitely be back! Thank you LabCorp!
