As a huge Mecha girls fan on YT, I have to say Kotobukiya's kits are simply the best.However, I would NOT recommend friends placing orders from this USA OFFICAL SITE for several reasons:1. Products arrive late, usually months after released.2. No first edition bonus for preorder items but paid upfront.3. No discount compare to other retail stores with expensive shipping fee.Now that I saw how their customer service treated their clients, sorry but I'd rather do business with this company elsewhere!

During Black Friday sales, I ordered an in-stock item.Days later, I still didn’t received a shipment notice so I contacted them.Turns out it was not available but mistakenly listed.Why the hell do customers have to do the inventory for these guys?Only refund without any explanation or compensation. (I had to write them again in order to get these infos.)What a slacking staff.Update: their email was moved to junk mail, and they claimed they tried to "accommodate" the product but failed.Curious, why all these happened after I made the first request?If they truly want to make it up, an excuse like this is not acceptable:(

They are only open during a warehouse sale, which they post the date for on their social media. Was given a rundown about how they handle the crowd and received a paper with a price sheet. Employees were polite and quick to answer questions as well as restocking product. They were also asking customers what they were looking for and would try to see if they had any. Overall a fun and easy experience and I can't wait for the next one.

The place was closed. Never answers the but does have voicemail. I don’t believe this is a store. Which is the one star. The items they make would get a 5 -Star. Coming from Hawaii to see this, wasn’t fun.
