We have ordered 4 times from Kenny Products and have had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and SPEED! We have ordered NT-58 1.25" x 3: Full Color Plastic Nametag for the parishioners at our church. We have ordered both the magnetic backs and pin backs. Hands down Kenny Products and Silvy Tan has exceeded all expectations. This is why we are repeat customers! Thank you ALL!!!

Terrible customer service! I ordered the wrong item, and I was two days past their 30-day return window, and they did me the favor of making an exception (they were very rude about this), but I had to pay to return the incorrect items, then had to pay very high shipping to have the new item shipped to me, and then I had to pay a 10% restocking fee OF THE WHOLE ORDER. I only exchanged 40% of the items, but they wouldn't prorate the restocking fee and they were not clear about that before I returned the other items. I would have just kept them and made due had I known just how awful their customer service was going to be. I will never do business with Kenny Products again!
