This is my go to studio. Amazing hot yoga and workout classes. The teachers are very intentional. I appreciate their creativity, attention to detail with instructions (helping us deepen our postures), and good energy. I always walk out feeling empowered, in all ways, mind, body, and soul. Thank you for this lovely community space! It’s much needed in this world. The owner Angel is also just that, an angel. There have been a couple of times that I wasn’t able to make it to the class on time from traffic and she either communicated with the teacher to wait up for me a couple minutes, or told me that if I couldn’t get in she would sign me up for another class free of extra charge. Very understanding and sweet person. Thank you Kefi yoga :) you’ve got a loyal customer here !

Stopped yoga during Covid and wasn’t sure id ever come back. Found Kefi recently and it has been an amazing few months of yoga. Great facilities, excellent instructors, top notch customer service. Really happy to be back on my mat and really happy I found Kefi. Would recommend to anyone. Angel is great.

Kefi yoga is one of the best yoga’s I’ve been to !
I’m lucky to travel the world with my work and I can honestly say the vibe at Angels studio is perfect
There’s many different classes for all levels and such a friendly welcoming atmosphere that brings everyone back time after time !
I always make sure I book in every time I’m in LA
I would definitely recommend it 100%

I just moved to Torrance, and unfortunately had to leave a beloved studio that I worked at and had built a great community with. Not knowing So Cal at all, I went off online reviews and found Kefi. It’s been a wonderful place to continue my practice, everyone is so welcoming and the space feels safe and supportive. Looking forward to meeting more people here and building a new community. The classes are fantastic, and the heat is perfect! ?

Kefi Yoga is one of my favorite places! It has taken me sometime to find a studio where I feel at home. Kefi has wonderful instructors who are knowledgeable and so kind. 10/10 recommend!!!

Best studio - highly recommend! I’m not usually a fan of yoga but they have such a diverse set of classes for everyone’s interest and really made me enjoy the practice. I also LOVE the instructors - they’re all so friendly, professional, and motivating. The small touches like essential oils, cold towels, and tea really make this studio stand out and make you feel immediately comfortable. I also love that they’re local and will always try to fit you into the class. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Kefi Yoga! The ambiance is serene, with a perfect blend of calming lighting and soothing music that enhances the practice. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, offering personalized guidance and adjustments to help you get the most out of each session. The studio is always spotless, and the facilities are top-notch. I’ve never felt more rejuvenated and centered. Highly recommend for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or simply enjoy a fantastic workout. Five stars all the way!

Huge fan of Kefi Yoga. Angel is hilarious with her Instagram Reels. I appreciate that she uses social media to remind people of yoga etiquette which is something she can do since she’s the boss and Kefi isn’t a franchise. There is a community that is both serious and fun. All of the instructors are unique in their styles of guiding practice. Highly recommend.
