This review is for the apathetic customer service I received from a manager at this store. I bought a wallet here, but had to have it shipped. It never arrived. I had to go to UPS to track it, but UPS said they sent it to USPS and I had to go there. That wasn't a great start, but where Kate Spade is at fault is when the Post Office said insurance would be on the sender (Kate Spade) and I needed to contact them (the store) to begin a claim, they said "I'm sorry this happened to you." Period. As in nothing else. I asked about insurance and they said "they don't insurance". Then she had the audacity to say "Can I help you with something else?" She didn't help me- she only patronized me. After a good cry, a neighbor suggested I contact Kate Spade online and the chat people (I do believe they were people, and not a bot) helped me sort this out. They said that this was not OK for the store rep to act this way and they gave me a number to call which I will definitely do.

Clean and will stocked with polite professional staff. Place looked a little disheveled but everything for sale was in great shape so that's what counts

Just came from Kate Spade right before they closed! The staff is absolutely awesome. They’re very friendly and even helped us after they were technically closed. This is the first time I’ve gone into the Kate Spade store and it was absolutely beautiful. I love their recyclable to-go baggies. I’ll definitely be reusing this bag. I love all of the purses and jewelry. So colorful and lively. I will be returning!

Had a wonderful shopping experience at the Kate Spade store, the associates were friendly and helpful. There was a sale going on for Mother’s Day and they had couple items on reduced shelves which also were included in the 20% off so I got a purse from there. I was happy with my purchase gift for my mom, the clean store and friendly workers.

I had an awesome experience here. I was looking to see what deals I can find. I’m in the market for a travel tote. I found great deals on the travel totes . The lemonade sale was going on at the time of my visit. This store has multiple size purses and wallets as well fob key chains. Inventory has to move in this store, so get these deals and enjoy your purchase. The ladies in this store are great! Marie has a great eye style. Happy shopping ?️

If you are looking for a purse that handle everyday usage. Kate Spades will hold up to the expectations of everyday usage. I needed a travel tote and they had what I was looking for. Any size purse you looking for they have it and on sale. Marie has a great eye for style. I enjoyed the ladies in this store.

The manager who dresses like grunge Wednesday with holes in her stockings. She stares at you like your going to steal something! She should steal some stockings! The other two ladies were a delight and very friendly and pleasant! I would fire grundgy Wednesday!!!

Such a great store! The sales girls are always friendly and helpful. Definately higher end prices but a great selection of Kate spade purses and wallets. They do have good sales.
