Careful about their program. I bought one, and without any notice or info when I bought it, they charge it every month. Bought from the automat, no employee around, no information provided, no info about automatic renewal. Later, I asked the employee if it ends after the month - he said YES. Also, the quality of the wash is low. Avoid this place!

Mariano, is a very good attendant He is very nice and he's very knowledgeable when it comes to asking about the different car washes. And I will keep coming back because he is very great at what he does

It's okay and worth it if you're okay with just getting the dust off your car, but the dryer doesn't work. The lady told me it's because my membership doesn't include the drying option. What??? I found out later on that she was mistaken but I think it's worth 16.99 a month. I have tried the most expensive membership for over 2 years but lowered it to the lowest one as it felt like wax/tire cleaning wasn't being done. 16.99 gives you the same exact outcome as the 36.99.

someone wrote 5months ago about Rolldryers can get adjusted so the front roller actually touches the car's back window and i agree . there been other carwashes to at the LEAST guve u a free REwash if it didnt clean good . .nope not Tunnel Master . also i would like to add ,the vacuums could use little bit more SUCtion power - uhm other than that (iguess) it HAS kept my windshield free.. of. debree . longer than 4days

Super shady business practices. Cancelled subscription but kept charging the credit card for MONTHS. To top it off they were rude and unwilling to take responsibility or help with the situation. Unbelievable.

Beware before you enter because they have a sign that says you enter at your own risk. The machine broke my windshield and I was told they are not responsible for any damage. I would not risk damaging my car for a mediocre car wash

I have been a member for the tunnel master car wash for 9 months now, It has ended today. I always had a great experience until I came across Mr.Danny (The manager) I was hoping for a pleasant and professional experience. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by the incredibly rude behavior of the manager on duty. I felt compelled to share my experience so that others are aware of the unprofessionalism exhibited by this establishment.From the moment I arrived,I was met with a dismissive attitude and condescending remarks. Instead of providing me with helpful information, the manager seemed irritated and impatient with my questions.Furthermore, during the car wash process, I observed the manager being equally disrespectful towards other customers. It was evident that their behavior was not an isolated incident but rather a pattern of rudeness and disregard for customer satisfaction.As a customer, I believe in treating others with respect and expect the same in return.Unfortunately, my encounter with this manager left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. Their unprofessional behavior not only tarnished the car wash's reputation but also created an unwelcoming environment for customers.I urge the owner of Tunnel master car wash to address this issue promptly. Rude behavior from a manager is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances.

Owner is very cheap. Workers are not properly trained. Calling the better business bureau because their stuff is outdated it messed up my car. Manager never cared about what happened.
