I was skeptical to use Jiffy Lube service for my vehicle but the customer service was on par. They explained in detail what my vehicle needed in order to extend and keep my vehicle running at its highest proficiency. There was no pressure and they included the current promotional discounts. Most places wouldn’t even inform the customer. My car is running smoother and it was noticiable the minute I drove off.

Last week we went in and they fixed the splash guard on my daughter’s car for free! She’s going back to college and driving 300+ miles by herself. I took it in today for oil change and had tires rotated, they replaced the filters that the dealer didn’t do 4 months ago. Plus they rotated and filled the tires another thing the dealer didn’t do. The service technicians were so nice and made me less stressed knowing my daughter will be safe on her drive. Thank you Jose, Ronny, Gary, and Alexis!

Came here years ago, not the best service.They didn't tighten my filter, I ended up doing that and had to add oil.Went again since where I go couldn't help me, again, bad management.Pretty girl came after me was told 15 min wait while I was told 1 and 1/2 hours.Do not go here!!
