This is by far the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. Not sure if it is due me being a young woman or maybe I don't look a certain way or whatever. When a person decides to take a position in a prestigious company, it's their choice to accept the position. If one is unhappy then one should rethink some life decisions. That being said, let me walk you through my horrible experience. First off let's begin with the reason I brought my car in, the dash keeps displaying the message, "unable to locate smart key!" I was told that the reason for this could be various ok I was told 2-3 days to get an answer . That was a fallacy, . They kept my car for 8 days and each day I had call 5- 6 times a day before speaking with someone. I was told to text a number that nobody answers and each time I call I was told that the service advisor was either on a break, helping a customer, or is just busy and will return my call shortly. None of that happened.once my car was supposedly completed I finally received a text followed by a phone call from Joel. I came in to pickup my car and had to wait for 30 minutes for the guy To bring it out. At this point I was just excited to see my vehicle. I drove the car for 2 days and to my surprise the exact reason that I brought it in was happening again. I phoned in 5 times and no answer. I continued to call in and the receptionst became rude and just began to hang up in face . I hope calls are recorded for accuracy. Please check the logs. Cleary this is unacceptable behavior. I'll just reach out to the BBB and every internet platform that I can think of until something is done about the services rendered at this completely horrible place. I had triple A time my car back to this place around 430 pm and I still haven't spoke to anybody about my car and it's 613. I know have received my vehicle.

Bought a used car from these guys and a week later they wouldn't return any calls My transmission needs to be replaced. Great job guys Great customer service. Super upsetting that I wouldnt get a call back. I did however get an email to ask about any referrals that needed a car. I sent them an email.back and no response. Wasted 17 K. Thanks

I was l looking for a place to buy my car since I no longer needed it. Jaguar offered me the best price from other dealers, and since I have a newborn the sales associate Elijah accommodated me and prepared all the paperwork prior to me arriving. I was so grateful as my baby gets fussy and it's hard for him to be still. My experience was great, I'm so glad that they are family friendly! Thanks again

My car was given to them in pristine condition. First they said my key was not responding so I had to bring them my second key, then they couldn't tell me what was wrong with my car for a full month, finally they told me it was the fuel pump. Although my car was under full warranty they tried to charge me $7,000.00 dollars. For a mileage point inspection that I did not ask for. After verifying with the warranty company that I was not supposed to pay anything. They said they had to close that ticket and would be charging me $85.00 a day unless I picked up my car, as I decided to go have repairs done somewhere else, I changed my mind and let them make the repair. They had my car from about July 22, 2023 to October 11, 2023. When I picked up my car there were scratches one the door that looked like some one had banded their car door against it repeatedly, and when I got in the car they my dashboard completely ruined, I complained to the manager Nathan Krafczyk he just turned red in the face and denied having anything to do with it just as he did with the damage on the car door. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS. The costume rep. Joel Cruz is an imbecile and it is my belief that they use your car for personal use when it on their lot. If I could give less than one star I would I wish I could post pictures of the damage they did to my car. P.S. : They didn't tell me but they told the warranty company they they couldn't not guarantee their work. I suppose they were pissed that I didn't pay the $7,000.00. Do yourself a favor and just do go here and tell your friends not to go here, especially if you are of African descent. I felt microaggressions the whole time I dealt with them

Lost a potential long term customer due to poor service. Purchased a Jag SUV with 7 year warranty in 2019. Every service has been a struggle to schedule. Our service rep does not return phone calls, leaving us to schedule service appointments online... There's just one major flaw in that you are unable to request a loaner car online. You have to CALL the dealership to schedule your service and request a loaner over the phone. Another flaw - service does not answer the phone. You are forced to leave a message. And they do not call you back. So you call them back and leave another message. They do not call you back. You finally schedule online and plan to speak with them in person about the loaner car. When you drop your car for service (months later than you originally tried to in the first place) you are told there are a limited number of loaner vehicles available, and because your appointment did not mention the need for a loaner vehicle, your only option is to pay for a rental car, or get a Lyft to your destination. 1) the loaner is included in the purchase price and accompanying service/warranty package. 2) for families with one car this doesn't work 3) for families with two cars this might not work! 4) principally this is just wrong. Bottom line - we're selling the Jag. Not because we do not like the car, but because of the incredibly poor service experiences EVERY time we have to bring the vehicle in. Which, with these vehicles is at least a few times a year. And we're never buying another Jaguar, Land Rover or Range Rover. Ever. Again.

These guys are incredibly backed up at all times. I'm trying to schedule my Jaguar for repairs in the suspension and they earliest appointment they have available is 3 months out!! Really??? And on top of that, I needed to get a proper diagnosis for some shaking in the steering wheel and they don't seem to be doing a very good job at diagnosing issues. If you don't have to come to this location, I would highly recommend you DO NOT COME HERE!

I hate to write bad reviews but after giving this place three opportunities to respond back to me for a simple service question (I.e, oil change cost), and each time someone said they would have someone get back to me but never does , that tells me a lot about an organization. If you can't even respond to a simple inquiry from a potential new customer, why would I trust you with servicing my car. My suggestion, is to look elsewhere for an independent Jaguar mechanic.

Jaguar has outsourced to a call center in Las Vegas. These workers are very untrained. I thought I was speaking to a service advisor at Southbay. The first person disconnected me after I questioned her advice. The second gave me a completely different answer then put me on hold before transferring me. I finally got a service advisor at Southbay who looked up my VIN and gave me the correct information, the first two people were wrong. One hour wasted! I had to call back(call center) to ask when my F-Pace needed a tire rotation, she said "When your car doesn't feel right when you're driving" Really? Geez, for what these cars cost, you would think they can provide better customer service.

Extremely poor customer service, unprofessional from the service advisor, service supervisor to the GM. They don't care about your business or your safety. Sadly Jaguar of South Bay does not represent Jaguar well. I really wanted my car serviced at my local South Bay Jaguar dealer 2 miles from my home, but I will NEVER go there again. I will drive the 50 miles to Jaguar of Anaheim Hills where they have excellent customer service, professional employees who are friendly, knowledgeable, and care about their customers.

STAY AWAY! I have owned Jaguars and Land Rovers my entire life. I have also owned many other luxury cars. Never in my existence have I seen a more poorly managed dealership from the boss (the GM) than Land Rover / South Bay / Torrance. The GM, Arturo Diaz Gonzalez also known as "Artie", was so rude to me that I could do nothing but laugh. He was like a cartoon character at a low rent dealership who wore an I'll-fitting suite who sold 35 year-old Yugos. Additionally, I should buy stock in whatever hair gel he uses. Now that I think of it, that would probably be a bad investment because he has enough of it in his hair that I feared he'd combust right in front of me and I'd get severely burned. Kidding aside (but not entirely), I don't have enough time to list the train-wreck of events that happened with respect to my purchasing experience there, but I will share with you (and it was caught on camera) the fact that "Artie" literally chastised me (the customer) and insulted me (the customer) and then turned and walked away in disgust from me (the customer) when he learned that I left one of his salesman an after-hours voice message over the weekend simply expressing my concern about the vehicle I purchased the Friday prior. Artie said to me, AND I QUOTE; "Don't EVER call my salesman after hours again! NEVER do that again." Then walked off. (All caught on video as I said). Wow! I literally was rendered speechless. Such poor behavior by a young man who is clearly in over his head working for such a high-end, luxury car brand & dealership. I've met and purchased cars from General Managers of luxury automobiles for the past 30+ years. All of those GMs would never have stooped so low. Not even close. They all represented their luxury brand vehicles as well as their customers with ultimate loyalty, integrity, respect and care. The experience was memorably ugly. I will never forget it. That said, there were a few bright spots: Props to the Service Department (Manny was great!) and props to my Salesman, Jin, and Sales Manager, Raymond. Now I know why Everybody loves Raymond! It's because of the three of you, I can wash away a little of that very bad taste in my mouth that I got as a result of my purchasing experience at Jaguar/Land Rover / South Bay - Torrence. Needless to say, I will NEVER set foot in that place again. N.E.V.E.R!

Jin Cho is amazing! He has helped my family with multiple cars and I can't say enough about how personable and caring he is. It is so hard to find a car dealership salesman that cares, Jin helps you through every aspect of buying your car and takes time to really get an understanding of your needs. Also David Garcia in the warranty and financing department is the best! Thank you Jin and South Bay Jag for all three of our cars!

5 star service is not enough for the service I got from Eddie Guerrero! He was patient, informative and made sure I got the best deal on my trade in and new vehicle. It's a nice change of pace from other dealers that are aggressive and try to sell you a vehicle before they know what you're in the market for. Thank you Eddie I appreciate how professional and courteous you were with me. I'm very happy with my purchase! Looking forward to buying another vehicle from you
