Jason provides great service. His overall customer service and completion of the job was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to provide timely estimates for completion and communication once the repair was done. I hope not to crack another screen, but if I should, I would return to this shop again. Reasonable prices and excellent service!

Jason was very knowledgeable and very fast. His prices were fair and I had the phone within 3 hours looking better then ever. This is my second time going to Jason at Irepair crack, first it was my daughters phone and now mine. I have been very happy with the work he does and recommend him to anyone.

Took my phone to get the screen fixed. Screen was fixed but back of phone was damaged and not turning on. Took the phone back to get what he damaged fixed then he said I have to pay him to get the damages fixed that he caused. Still haven't gotten my phone back

Came by a few months ago and forgot to leave a review. Couldn't repair my phone screen due to having to order the part. Employee said it would be ready following day, but didn't have it till the following week. When the repair did happen it turns out he had ordered the wrong part but installed it anyway which resulted in screen freezes. Additionally what should be a flat rate service has a tip option? The service is already overpriced as it is. Overall awful quality work on an overpriced service. *Update in response to reply* phone was on hand and was accessible failure to order correct part definitely falls on shop. Regardless incorrect time frame was given and overcharging on a service and using a cheaper 3rd party screen with poor quality work definitely deserving of 0 stars but 1 star option will have to do.

This has probably been my 3rd time here to avoid getting a new phone it was a easy process my whole screen has popped out was loose not attached to my phone and was able to have a quick fix at crack mobile . To install a new screen for me , My phone looks like nothing ever happened to it I will be coming back again saved me a lot of money from buying a new iPhone
