My post is 3 months late and my apologies to Sarah. I visited the medical supply because my son hurt his ankle. Sarah helped me find the boot that would help just from my description of what I told her. My son walked with that boot until he could see is primary care Dr. He had actually ruptured his Achilles. After surgery he was put in a similar boot. His recovery is very well. Thank you Sarah so much for your kindness, patience and great customer service.

This is a wonderful service. I used them to install grab bars. Blanca is the one in charge of the grab bar services and she is such a pleasure to work with. Our installer was excellent as well. He was very nice and friendly and he hung the bars perfectly. Great customer service, good communication, and wonderful work. Highly recommend.

Rebecca is the one to talk to! Sweet and kind, understanding and works hard to get the exactly correct items you need. After foot and ankle surgery, it was my first time being seriously disabled. Rebecca told me what I would need after coming home and arranged to have everything delivered just before I got here. On the big order, she made sure that the pricing was as low as the company went and has consistently handled me like a best customer. Her personality, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile marks her as a stand out individual and I hope her management recognizes that with a title change and a pay raise. Integrated Medical is now a solid part of our favorite providers and we will be using them exclusively during the next 12 months of recovery. The two deliveries, by Jesus, were made on time with a polite dedication to helping us understand and use the required equipment. It is hard to explain how helpless you can feel, and then be lifted up to a much better plane after having dealt with this consumer-oriented store. One of a kind and takes care of customers because it is the correct thing to do. Highly recommended.

I reached out to Integrated Medical Supplies about a few months ago. I asked them if they were willing to donate some of their supplies to Armenia since there was a shortage of supplies due to the war. They were more than willing to help! I want to thank Integrated Medical Supplies and especially, Ariel for donating a significant amount to our soldiers back home. They were kind enough to bring it closer to my location as well. Excellent service and quality customer care. We had 3 shower brass grab bars installed and the result was 5 star perfect. I would like to especially praise BLANCA who assisted with scheduling and product questions ---- very courteous, knowledgeable. JOSE completed the installation and was likewise on time, hardworking and did a perfect job with no cleanup required. Great company with 2 excellent employees.

I needed to shower grab bars installed in my mother's shower within a restricted timeframe and I was lucky enough to find this company. I called the number and spoke to a woman who told me Anibal could come out to the house with the hour to assess the shower, and if I wanted, he could install two shower grab bars with installation for a fairly reasonable price. I agreed and less than two hours later, the shower was ready for use later in the day! No cracks in the tile! No big mess on the floor! Anibal was friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you for quick and efficient work.

I love this place you can find absolutely anything you need on medical supplies if they don't have it you can order it and they can ship it to you or you can pick up at that location.
