I will no longer be taking my QX-30 to South Bay Infiniti to get serviced after being there for YEARS (since purchased in 2018)! The team/ staff there now are very unprofessional and impersonal (how times have changed)! The only person nice was the gentleman covering my seats and floors and I regret not getting his name. They need to get back to the basics over there!

Infiniti of South Bay service department provided excellent service. My appointment was at noon. When I arrived I was able to pull my car right up and they pulled my car right in and got to work. I went in for an oil change. They service took approximately 1 hour. I was provided refreshments while I waited. The cost was what I was quoted. There were no hidden fees. They even washed and vacuumed my car for free! I will definitely continue to go there for all my car maintenance needs.
