Very professional. Helped me select my glass frame and explained the benefits of the vision program. Dr Jessica Ho was personable and very knowledgeable during the testing of my eyes. finished my appointment in schedule. Excellent job.

I'm very happy I took my friends recommendation to see Dr. Dihn, she is amazing, she listens, offered options, insights and recommendations for my treatment. She is so patient, personable and took time to answer all my questions. Oh, so different from my last eye doctor that I saw for years. I'm so happy I found Dr. Dihn.

It sucks I have to leave this review since the doctor was wonderful, but the front desk lady that makes the contacts lens orders was short with me and bad communication left me out of my 2023 benefits. My date of service was early December 2022 and of course I intended on using my contact benefits for that year. I even made sure with the front desk that they will be using my 2022 benefits but when they placed my contact order a few weeks later, it was in January and they used up my 2023 benefit without notifying me. Now it's the end of 2023 and I can't use my contact benefits for this year at my new optometrist office because this office used it up. They should have maintained communication with the customer and failed to do so.

First time going to the optometrist and it was such a great experience. The staff is so warm, friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. Dr. Choi was amazing as well. He was great with our 5 year old and explained everything well so that we understood.

I took my son in as a follow up to an exam that was done in school. The staff and the doctor were all very professional and great with kids. This is a really kid friendly environment and I would recommend them to anyone needing optometry services for their child. Really great care!

I saw an ad for vison correction from Hope Vision Care. Even though it was a distance form my home, I decided to take a chance to see what it was all about. I arrived a little early, but they were closed for lunch (sign read be back at 2:30) I waited a few minutes, but they saw me and opened the door. The ladies up front were very attentive and nice. They took me back right away and were very chatty and sweet. NO long waiting period.The doctor came in, we had the consultation, and he answered all my questions. He was very nice and professional (not pushy) and made me feel very comfortable. I really enjoyed my visit in this office. The environment felt very pleasant, homey and inviting. I made an appointment to come back and get a more detailed service from them. The drive is worth it! They make you feel important and no pushy sales gimmickes. They just took the time to answer my questions and made me a priority. Thank you for your time Dr Choi and Hope Vision Care.Lillian

Dr Choi and Dr Dinh have both helped my daughter with her vision needs. Both very thorough with their exams from start to finish. We have recently started The Myopia Control and have already seen amazing results! We are forever grateful for Dr Choi and Dr Dinh. Highly recommend Hope Vision Care!

Edit to the response:Hello Dale. Interesting take. Partnership is valuable to us, which is why we asked for understanding that our son, who has some special needs, wasn't ready to jump into wearing contacts. You accuse my family of not being willing to partner, while all we did was agree to a plan with our son's needs in mind. And somewhere along the line, your office decided that wasn't good enough and that we were somehow unwilling to partner and buy into your program, despite me asking for next steps forward according to Dr. Dinh's recommendations. But apparently, your office was not prone to listen or accommodate, certainly in our case. There is so much in your response that is a rewriting of the story. I will leave my review as stands, not going into all of the details of your falsehood, but just as a perspective for those families with kids struggling with myopia and especially those with special needs. Hopefully, there are also some bits to learn from in all of this. ........Original post: Sadly, after having thought that I had found the perfect place for our family for vision care, Hope Vision has let us down greatly. Sorry that this write-up is long.First off, the reason that I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that for my own personal vision care with Dr. Choi, I felt that I was treated well with my own vision needs. Subsequently, I recommended to my wife that she and the kids also switch over to Hope. My son is in a situation where he has been getting Atropine drops (initially prescribed with his previous optometrist). Dr. Dinh had stated previously that when we switched over that she could continue to prescribe Atropine drops, although preferably, we would move over to their higher priced myopia program. He went to Hope twice over about 6 months to establish a baseline and left the office waiting to hear back whether Dr. Dinh would call in a new prescription or refill the old. And the plan on record was that we wait 6 more months and then see if different action would be more recommended.A day later, we got a call from the office (not the doctor) that the prescription is recommended to be the same but that we would get an email. My wife asked to know what that meant and whether the prescription would be called in, and she was abruptly told to wait for the email. After waiting 24 hours and needing to refill the prescription and not getting the promised email, I called the office and was told that Dr. Dinh prefers that we go elsewhere because my wife was not convinced to buy into their almost $2000/yr myopia program. It certainly looked to us that they are purely looking for the high revenue generating program dollars, and far less concerned with care.Later that day, Dr. Dinh did call us back to say that there must have been a misunderstanding. We heard her out and asked that if we just assume it is water under the bridge, what would be the next steps, to which her reply was that it was still recommended that we (the whole family) go elsewhere... which means there wasn't really a misunderstanding. They just didn't want to keep us as clients while expecting that we wouldn't be upsold. It was truly bizarre, and I am still a bit bewildered how a question about whether a prescription would be called in turned into a rejection of future service.

I drove to see the dr. Choi from K-town to Torrance office, yesterday. He was so nice to explain my problem and gave me some free eye drops, too. I think I did great choice. He is great. ?

I've been seeing Dr. Dale Choi for over 10 years. He is fabulous. I've had trouble with getting the right prescription before but he has set me up right every single time. He is an absolute doll and so wonderful to work with. He is incredibly warm and knowledgeable. It's like seeing an old friend once a year for me.The office is beautiful and every single person there is professional and kind and so lovely to work with. Making appointments is very easy online as well as with calling the front desk. Everybody is invested in their part in making hope vision the wonderful place that they are. They are professional, not pretentious, they get things done right, and they are great at getting me to see with the right prescription. I only wear contacts but Reeza set me up with super cute glasses too. I have 100% confidence in Dr. Choi, the other doctors, and his staff in providing the best eye care.

I highly recommend Dr. Choi. He spent a lot of time with me and was eager to answer any questions I had. If the rating were only for the doctor, it would be 5 star. However, the front office staff did not make a good impression when I first arrived. They were not outright rude, but certainly not welcoming for a first time patient and made it seem as though I was an inconvenience for them to deal with. I will definitely continue to visit Hope Vision Care because of my excellent experience with Dr. Choi.
