I love the honey baked ham 5 pounds Something about the taste that tastes good. There was a lot.
Of people going in and out with their ham and other stuff that They have there. They got all kinds of jelly. They have a small frozen section with Mac and cheese? other kinds of ?cakes. You don't even have to go on ?Easter. Or Thanksgiving It's always open. They have smoked Turkey ?there too. Any day is a good day for honey baked ham?....
Parking: It's pretty difficult to park and there's not a lot of handicap parking either♿️

Quick place to get a yummy sandwich. Good variety, fresh, some items weren'tavailableat the time. Empty on Saturday at 2pm. I did ask for no tomato on one sandwich and they still added it. Other than that good service, friendly staff. No seating to eat there.
Vegetarian options: Veggie, avocado sandwich.
Parking: Plenty of parking except on holidays when this place is really busy.

The ham is very good but expensive. The quality has gone down since corporate has taken over Sandwich choices have been cut way down but they are good Called the store ahead to order sandwiches. They added a $3 convenience fee and when we arrived the sandwiches were not ready. We have gone to HBH for years but are very disappointed in the corporate changes

I am new to Honey Baked Ham. Last years and this. The holiday service is amazingly well organized. I was not, and could not find my email. So I was able to buy on the spot and was later refunded using my reservation number. That is just great service.AND, I am a ham lover. And their ham is just the best. And the extra dishes also. We got the cinnamon apples and sweet potato. Just infinitely better than typical supermarket holiday food.Honey Baked is going to be my go to from now on.

Happy with the ham but these sides I ordered for Christmas dinner were very disappointing These were supposed to be enough for 4-6 people?!!!! Because of that I had to make another side dish so my table won't look so chincey, so for that I only give 3 stars. These look only enough for about 2-3 people tops!!!!

The customer service here is horrible! I waited in line for hours to buy some ham, turkey and sides. Once it my turn they tell me that they are all out of sides and that they only had pie! I went 4 days in advance so I figured Id give it a day or 2 for them to restock their inventory and the call the back to see if they have sides. They refuse to let me know over the phone if they had sides or not telling me they can't give me that info over the phone and that I would have to come.i and find out for myself. What kind of place does that to their customers? They can't tell me over the phone that they have food in stock for me to buy? They want me to drive all the way over there, wait in line for hours only to be told that they dont have what I went there for? This place is a joke! The only reason I go there is because my company gives out honey baked ham cards for the holidays! I'd avoid this place otherwise!

I only come here to get our Christmas ham each year. The line is always out there door but their system is amazing. I'm always in and out. And their ham tastes the best in the South Bay!

I as so disappointed in this business. My husband picked up a holiday ham for our festivities today, and although the prices just keep going up, I can't fault them for this, because I was already aware of the situation, however, every time now we go in something has changed and not for the better. The last 2 times we were in the purchase for the holidays, buying only side dishes by themselves was not allowed I was told by the company. This year, they did have stuffing for a side dish, (which had always actually been my favorite part of the meal because it was fresh and tasty), but this year it came frozen in a cardboard box, and when heated tasted like something you would purchase from a convenience store that had been left in the freezer to long. As far as I'm concerned, we will not be making any further purchases from this company.

Last couple years I have bought the honey baked ham and turkey breast and the no longer have the crispy topping which was the main reason I brought them. They must be shipped frozen to the hbh stores and thawed and the crispy topping turns to liquid, I'm thinking of getting my food next year from some other company. HBH store the crispy topping was your signature feature! What did you guys do to mess it up!

Sis pre-ordered our families (10 people) Thanksgiving dinner: Ham, turkey & gravy, stuffing & green bean casserole. The packaged meal arrived frozen the Sunday before Thanksgiving day. We followed directions for heating/warming & everything turned out delicious. We had enough leftovers that's been able to be frozen which we will enjoy for this Christmas!
