I went into the parts and service department with many questions. My attempt was to change the oil in my car for the first time instead of taking my car into a place like Jiffey Lube. Dan at the counter seemed to be annoyed by my inability to have the required information readily available. He continued to rush his service by repeating “anything else” in a annoyed manner. Safe to say I will not be returning to this Honda Dealership. I hope Dan was having a bad day and this is not a standard at this dealership.
