Excellent service! Never had a picture taken prior to delivery. I really liked that because it shows the person who purchased the item what they paid for. The recipient loved it even during a somber time! The floral arrangement was very beautiful and exactly as shown in the picture online. Will order more from this business in the future.

The place is horrible. My husband ordered for valentines, the pics on line vs delivered one to my shop is totally different in color . The one I received is doom , dry and so depressing in color arrangements ( eucalyptus leafs falling all over today ) I called the owner to inform that order , he was so nasty and aggressive over the fact that they did so GREAT Pls be careful.

Hidden Door Floral Studio created the most beautiful floral arrangement and had it delivered with only a 1 day notice. The friend who received the arrangement. Loved it so much!! It was stunning!! While I was away from town and in need of flowers urgently, I reached out to Hidden Door Floral Studio. Despite it being late in the day, Anita from the studio was incredibly accommodating and assisted me in sending out the flowers on the same day. The flowers arrived fresh, and my friend was delighted with them. As a fellow florist, I truly appreciate exceptional service like this.

We recently placed an order with Hidden Door to send a bouquet to a friend in Cary. The ordering process was easy and they delivered on time. The flower arrangement was gorgeous and our friend was ecstatic. They don’t just throw flowers in a vase like every other florist. (I can do that much.) It looks like a piece of art!
