Hi, I bought my 2019 Nissan Altima 2 years ago from Hertz car sales Torrance with 11,000 down and I still owe 7,000 on it. A few months after purchasing I started having problems with the screen it changes radio stations constantly and other problems and now the top of my car is turning yellow and to me that is worse because everyone can see it. I will not buy another car here.

You sold us a car with loose lug nuts and the wheels were hanging on by a thread ! We drive our toddler around in this car . How careless can your mechanics be!

I had a great experience interacting with the staff at Hertz. Every person I spoke to was not only knowledgeable and kind but also incredibly supportive. They went above and beyond to provide me with valuable insights during the buying process. Whether it was the customer service representatives, the in-person sales associates, or even the store managers at the Inglewood and Torrance locations, everyone was truly exceptional. They represented the Hertz brand with such elegance, treating me like family and showing a level of care that made me feel as important as if I were the CEO of the company. I want to extend a special thank you to Sam the incredile sales associate and his supportive caring Miguel at the Torrance location. These individuals truly embody the spirit of customer service excellence in the Southern California area. Their dedication and care are remarkable, and I believe that all managers and associates within the Hertz organization would benefit from learning and modeling their exceptional customer service from start to finish. A thankful and satisfied customer!

Bought a 2023 Bolt EUV 2 days ago with 9k miles from Garnet. Had to bring it into the dealership on Monday because of the rear passenger tire hitting the wheel well. Dealership tells me the suspension coil is broken and rusted at the ends. Indicating that it had been broken for quite some time. Called Hertz back to ask what can be done in this situation. They said you didn't buy the warranty from us so we can't do anything. Sales person rudely says "I didn't make the car did I? Go to the dealer and tell them to take care of it." It's been 2 days and they won't even give me a loaner until this car is fixed. How are they certifying these cars to be sold? Are the inspection reports even real?
Asked for the manager and conveniently Miguel was on lunch.

I had a fabulous experience buying a 2022 Tesla Model 3. The price was fair. The car is great, especially given that it’s high mileage. Sam was amazing. The best experience I’ve had buying a car. He was super communicative and sent me the latest options once they hit the lot. He took the time to answer all my questions about my financing options. He even came in on his day off for my test drive. If you’re looking for an affordably priced used Tesla and don’t mind high miles, I’d recommend Sam and Hertz. The Teslas seem to get bought super quick so if you see something you like online go that day. The paperwork and signing was fast, no more than an hour. Miguel the manager was also super helpful during the process.

Avoid Sandra at all costs. She was late to our appointment and started berating me and my father for asking the price of the cars. Unprofessional behavior overall. Started pressuring us into buying a vehicle and we left exclusively because of her. Go to LA city cars nearby, they treated us much better.

Excellent experience, we called ahead of time to make sure the cars we were interested in were available. Set up an appointment with Garnet. He had the cars ready for us to look at when we arrived, answered our questions. Garnet was very professional, not pushy & knowledgeable.

Hertz is the only place I will be purchasing cars from now on! After going to several over-priced, stressful and time-consuming dealerships, I was left disappointed. Then I found Hertz’s car sales website. I sent in a request for pre-approval during the middle of the night and they contacted me as soon as they opened the next day. My sales consultant, Sam Awni, had the car I inquired about ready for me to inspect and test drive upon arrival. They offer no-haggle pricing so the price on their website is the price you get. My new vehicle is used with very low mileage but looks brand new and has no imperfections or damage. I was able to buy it at their listed price with $0 down and low monthly payments, even though my credit is poor. The finance consultant, Douglas Chin, was very informative and was able to miraculously work out a deal I am able to afford. They also were able to roll in the maintenance care package and gap insurance at a discounted rate to ensure my car is protected. I am so thankful to Sam & Douglas! They are miracle workers and lifesavers! I highly recommend going to see them at Hertz if you need a car. I will be sending recommendations their way.
