I had some car issues from all the rain we got recently, I took my car here for the first time weary as a young woman the mechanic can be intimidating as I don’t understand much about all the aspects of a car. I am so fortunate to have found this place! Without an appt I was able to come in, I really appreciate Robert listening to me when I first called and he did his best to explain to me through the whole process (had to leave my car for 2 days). My car is up and running, I’ll be back for regular maintenance. Thanks!

I have my utmost respect and praise for Robert and José at Hermosa Automotive. They were recommended to me by Eco Smog. They exceeded my expectations and provided services that were truly kind. Their knowledge and efficiency in auto repairs was impressive. But their handling of patrons was indicative of high regard and respect of their customers under stress. Talk about 'good people'... I can't recommend them highly enough.

Robert (owner ) and his staff are amazing . I have been coming here since 2015. They know their stuff and explain what needs to be done. One of the best shops I have been to here in CA.

Overprice smog check fee. All they have to do is plug it into a computer and they're charging over 50 bucks. It's ridiculous it's a rip off.

Hermosa Automotive II is amazing. We were on vacation from the east coast when our car broke down. We made it to Hermosa Automotive II by a miracle and Robert and his team went above and beyond to help us out. They were the kindest and most sincere men and they stopped what they were doing to help us out. They had us on the road again in no time after working through their lunch and getting the parts we needed asap. Robert and the Hermosa Automotive II team are the best. They were the kindest, sincere and most professional mechanics I have met. They stopped what they were doing to help us after our car broke down while we were headed on vacation. They had us back on the road faster than I could have imagined. I would recommended them to everyone who wants a trustworthy, reliable, kind and caring mechanic. His whole team was amazing, and we are so thankful for their hard work to get us back on the road so quickly.
