The things that they have in the store are good, but they don’t have much there. If you need a quick cheap tool then that store can help. Otherwise, head to Lowe’s.

Came here because I was doing a job in Redondo beach & needed to buy something. My wife & I also needed to use the restrooms, which are locked for obvious security reasons. I asked the young woman who was stocking items near restrooms for the code, which she gave me curtly. But when my wife asked her after trying same code for the womens, wife said the woman snapped at her rudely the same code & bothered because she was in the middle of working & I know we were interrupting her. My wife stood there waiting on me because she didn’t want to subject herself to more rude, condescending replies from said employee who was in a nasty mood. I tried the code verifying it indeed didn’t work. Because she’s prone to infections, she used the men’s while I guarded outside.
Why I’m wasting time on this drivel, is because we were/are paying customers & no one should be treated like that. Especially since we were obviously a lot older, it seems like younger people discard the old, which is ageism-the very subject those young people have issues with themselves.
Harbor Freight DO BETTER. Re-train & remind that employee(s) why they have a job & to be kind to her customers instead of belittling them; we know everyone is going through something & so should she. There are other fields of work she might be happier or don’t work.
Definitely more respectful employees in Burbank.

I called to verify the store located on Hawthorne at Redondo Beach Blvd here in Torrance, CA. They close at 8 pm and I wanted to know if they had lacquer thinner in stock and on the shelf. The representative that answered asked me to hold the line and then left me on hold for 10 minutes. Granted I did call at 7:52pm but at that time the store is technically still open to the public. Won’t go there in the morning I’ll go to Home Depot.
