I was at the Urgent care inside the plaza and decided to check out this place after. I must have been the Wrong Type of Asian bc this lady gave me the nasties looks and follows me through out the entire store to make sure I didn't steal anything. I'm like WTF?! When I first walked in I greeted the man behind the counter and even the lady that quickly approached me. As I walk around I noticed the prices were outrageous charging as much as $18 for roasted Sweet Potatoes. You know you are out of your mind!!! Did a K Pop star roast them bc that is the only way I will pay $18 for swee potatoe? Terrible experience overall. I have NEVER felt so Unwelcome anywhere like this. I guess I'm the wrong type of Asian for this place. Japanese would Never treat anyone like this.

Trust the more recent reviews!! Decided to visit for the first time today and was thoroughly impressed. The store itself was clean and bright with items well organized and labeled. Found out they have a new manager, which explains the difference in the service as seen in the older vs. newer reviews. Overall quality of products was great! Will definitely be visiting again!!

This place I visited in 2024 was neatly organized, so it was easy to find the items I wanted. The store manager kindly answered many of my questions and guided me. The food is good and it's a place I want to visit again.

Authentic k-food. They have mind-blowing Kimchi, best of what I've ever had. Service is fantastic. The new manager explains the products very well and the store is organized neatly.

I think there's a new manager now and he's really nice. I had trouble finding my stuff and he stepped in to help me before I even asked him. I've tried like 80% of the food there and they're all imported from Korea so it's really good. At least, everything I've tried has been good :) Highly recommend!

The Torrance store is not large, but it is bigger than Fullerton.It's easy to get to and much better.The reason why Torrance is more convenient -It's less burdensome because they don't use strange methods like hard selling like the Fullerton store.Torrance isn't without its burdens - but it's still bearable.Why do they keep following me around, pretending to be friendly with me, and putting pressure on me by making me have to go to the counter to pay quickly when I can just look at the fence and have them buy it?And why do I have to endure it and go there?Same customer haha, it's ironic.Anyway, I don't understand their marketing method.

I've been using Ultari Mall for several years, but today I contacted customer service for the first time because of a product/delivery issue.I've heard that customer service is terrible, but experiencing it myself is truly embarrassing.I was so embarrassed by the attitude of putting all the blame on the consumer that I was at a loss for words...I also thought that it had improved for several years without any particular problem, or that it was a problem that some people were experiencing... but I really want to tell everyone to avoid it before something like this happens.

You can buy food directly delivered from Korea.The price is a little high.

The Torrance store is small and has some good items, but they are expensive unless they are on sale.
