The staff is super friendly and always available when I actually need the help.Love the recommendations when I'm in the fitting rooms. Although, I can't always afford all of the items, I just put the items on my Garage wishlist for later and buy the must haves!!

Terrible customer service from Fatima. She snatched the items out of my hand and raised her voice at me. Do not come here you can get the same clothes they sale at forever 21 and Q for half the price

I love this store but its so overpriced for a small little tank top. The employees are so nice but kind of pushy.

Me and my friends experience at this store was not great, first of all the clothes unreasonably expensive like if you wanted to buy a bathing suit 60$. Moving on from that there was 3 girls at the cashier that made fun of us because we couldn’t afford the bathing suit, we were very respectful even though this happen, not to mention that 2 of these girls gave us dirty looks. We all have different experiences at this store but this is ours.

Moving on from that there was 3 girls at the cashier that made fun of us because we couldn’t afford the bathing suit, we were very respectful even though this happen, not to mention that 2 of these girls gave us dirty looks. We all have different experiences at this store but this is ours.

CHEAP AND OVERPRICED. They accused me of messing up a shirt that I had worn once, I bought it 5 days ago, went to return it, they called me a liar saying I bought it like that. The ladies in there were talking about me on their little earpiece like I couldn't hear them. The manager was very unprofessional. She said I bought the shirt like that. I told her "no I wouldn't have spent $30 on it if it looked like this when I bought it" she said "you did buy it like that" in my opinion it's very unprofessional to try to blatantly call your customer a liar. I did not spend $30 on a shirt just to have it break on me the one time I wore it. It was supposed to be my birthday outfit and when i realized what bad quality it was on my birthday I was very upset! Very rude and horrible customer service. Don't spend your money here!!!!! I bought the shirt on 12/15/21 and went to return it 12/20/21 (I had work so couldn't go in between) they say they have a 30 day return policy but mention nothing of Unworn unwashed items. Horrible horrible experience. The most frustrating exchange of my life!

Love it here! Really appreciate all of the employees especially in these challenging times. They are truly prioritizing their customers with their dedication to sanitizing and taking appropriate precautions. Not to mention their attentiveness and good vibes overall. The clothes are pricy, and perhaps not worth the price tag, but nothing beats good customer service. Keep killing it, girls.

Came into this store for the first time today, while browsing around the mall and I have to say I was pretty impressed! The employees here were seriously so sweet and helped me out so much. I will say that the clothes were a little bit pricey, but to be honest it wasn't too ridiculous, especially with the sales they had today!
