I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian Delmastro as our salesman for our windows, and I must say that it was a truly satisfying experience. Brian was efficient in advising us on the best products for our budget and was excellent in his communication with us. I highly recommend his services without any hesitation.

Update 09/27/2024:
The sales rep that I got the window from sent me very disturbing messages cursing and calling names, threatening to harm!!! It is so disturbing that cannot share it online. So sorry for this company!!!
Do not order windows and doors from this place. We have ordered retrofit window and they sent us new construction and they wont take responsibility for their mistake.
Reply to Ganahl: Only one windows was supposed to be new construction not more. More than one windows were sent to us were new construction.

To whom it may concern: I am a DIY and Ganahl lumber is my go to Hardware store. As we all know when we do our own projects, frustration is part of the formula. At Ganahl lumber they decrease the frustration by being very helpful with not only finding what you need but also with expert advice. Occasions, I’ve gone in frustrated looking for a specific nut or bolt and literally they guide me to the spot and pick it out for me. In the paint section is Simon who is an absolute genius When it comes to paint as well as repairing concrete. Many times I’ve gone in Thinking I had to project well thought out, and Simon has steered me in the right direction. On one occasion (good product but poor customer service), he literally called the company up and persisted in getting me the tools I needed i,at one point, I had to tell Simon to stop banging his head on the wall and forget about the project-product,but two weeks later he comes back and says come and pick it up. He had fought with the company to get me what I needed.The man is a pit bull when he sinks his teeth in he won’t let go until your project is finished.In summary the place is Heaven sent!

We bought some good wood for bathroom shelves. As novices, we received excellent assistance from the staff in selecting what we needed, including stain and paint recommendations. In the wood section, Charles was incredibly helpful. He grabbed a cart for us when he saw us pulling wood from the shelves and introduced us to different types of wood and their uses. Kudos!

Very helpful and friendly staff make this massive lumber store accessible to amateurs like myself. They've also got a lot more than just lumber, including tools and hardware for many home improvement projects. Will be back for my next project.

On Friday 6/28/24 I left a list of plywood to be quoted and cut and was told I would be quoted by email later that day. It is now Tuesday and not only do I not have any response but 3 attempts by phone haven't gotten even a person! Sad for me if I had needed it on time for a job.

I recently went to Ganahl lumber to purchase a new front door and an interior door. I had the good fortune of working with Ana Ryan. She was very well informed and guided me through the arduous task of selecting the right door, the right hardware, the right materials and the right color for my home. I never realized picking a new front door could be so tricky! With her help, I was able to pinpoint what would be appropriate for my home. Thank goodness she was there to help me! I highly recommend Ganahl lumber for their products and Ana Ryan for the excellent service I received.
