I absolutely LOVE the CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! The Manager and staff here were very friendly and helpful the other day when I went to look for an item. I ended up buying two items and coming back a few days after to use my additional 30% coupon. So today I spent close to $300 on a bunch of clothes that I can use for winter and everyday. Selection here is incredible not to mention the great value because the prices are very affordable. I honestly am not into designer clothing so this is my favorite store and as cheesy as it sounds, I am a serious regular just because their quality and prices, plus exceptional customer service is the best. I go to many F21 locations but lately this has been my favorite.

I was told to "hurry up" by a worker in the fitting room before even going in. She then proceeded to talk to another employee regarding the cashier dude using an absurd amount of obscenities. Very negative atmosphere. 11/14/23 7:20 pm.

Great customer service. Liz was very nice and staff is really personable. The had a nice size collection of the Barney’s x Forever 21 Collection. Large selection of clothing also and a cute Hello Kitty section.

Drove here for 1 hour. The Google maps told its open till 8pm. Got there at about 6:55 just for pair of shoes. The sellers start yelling on me so aggressive "WE CLOSED". Her voice sounded like she is gonna kill me. I don't think it's adequate

This Forever21 has been slacking for some months lately. The clothes are not as good as they used to be. If you’re looking for unique, bright, fun clothing, I highly recommend the Fox Hills mall (even though it’s a little ghetto). There aren’t any broad selections in anything here. There’s a lot of bland and/or formal looking clothing here aside from the random touch of Barbie merch.

OK let me start this review by letting you guys know that it's a Forever 21 store, if you want kid glove service then you should go to Neiman's! I find this store to be very well organized and I have never experienced anything but friendly treatment from the employees at this location. They are dog friendly and they even have some dog clothes that are adorable and believe it or not durable! My dog loves her $18 Forever 21 sweaters much more than the $95 ones she also has in her wardrobe from fancy companies. I always find cute accessories here & once in a while I'll find a piece of perfect clothing that I've cherished. I don't know why people have unachievable expectations about this store. It's fast fashion and you must be willing to roam around the entire store occasionally for something you are looking for. Sometimes there are sales people on the floor and sometimes they're are all behind the register helping others! Jorge is especially helpful and kind. He is always patient and sweet & goes out of his way to help me. Save your scathing reviews for places that charge you $150 for a t-shirt & wait on you hand and foot! I don't care if it's not perfect because that's part of the fun for me. These are kids working here after all so as far as the other reviews for this place please don't take them to heart. These kids put up with a lot of crap all day long so they are not going to be lacing you up and giving you compliments at the dressing room, you're on your own! And so what? Shopping is an art - high-end or low end. If you can't handle a little waiting or an imperfect moment once in a awhile then stay home and shop online instead. Fashion is for everyone but you must b able to be kind to employees as well. Please don't be a Karen and take out your frustrations on an 18-year-old who's just trying to do their best. I love this store & I'll continue to shop at this location. To whomever leaves this store nasty unwarranted reviews please note that your privileged ways are completely outdated and inappropriate in today's society! This is a lovely store. if you aren't capable of being self sufficient inside a retail establishment then pls go complain somewhere else & leave more awesome stuff for the rest of us! As always, plenty of parking at Del Amo. It's in the outdoor side of this humongous mall so I don't feel like I'm trapped inside a huge box. Cute clothes at reasonable prices for children and adults and occasionally dogs.

Hello,I hope this message achieves Forever 21's Corporate concerns. On 19 May 2023, at the Forever 21 in Torrance, CA, I took my sister shopping for some clothes. When finished we respectfully waited in line with patience hoping for good customer service. At 19:54PM, we were then called by the cashier Jorge. From my observation, he showed frustration, especially with his communication to what seemed to be his manager. Upon arrival to check-out, I greeted him and asked how his day was going. In his response, he said, "Good, I am tired and want to go home". His demeanor was unsettling the whole transaction, thus, altering my mood and perspective of purchasing these items, but I remained respectful. Due to my large purchase, I decided to apply for the forever 21 card to get the extra percentage off; in result, I asked Jorge about the relevance of inputting my annual income, and because of my naive question, Jorge assumed my status by lowballing my annual income. He was also negligent with answering questions pertaining to the two types of credit cards forever 21 had to offer. Yes, this question may have been naive to him as to me but, making assumptions was not the way to go. His plummeting remarks and body language were unnecessary and unwelcoming.As a supervisor, I understand that we are human beings that get tired and agitated. However, I do not agree with projecting personal emotions onto the customer when they come to patronize a business, and for this, to also help give credit to the seller. This is not merely an even exchange. After the transaction was completed, I told him to have a blessed rest of his day and used this scenario to teach my sister the importance in the roles of the consumer and buyer. I hope that Jorge is addressed accordingly on this matter and for future references. As long as we are clocked in to work, it is our duty to give professional customer service.Thank You

I am very disappointed and irritated with customer service I have always shopped at forever 21 but this makes me want to never come back. I asked the cashier to price match a dress for me she said she wasnt able to do it we asked her to try a different register since that one wasnt working well but she said it was the same. She said to order pickup and it will take about 30 min so i ordered it. Came back 30 mins later just for her to give me attitude and said she told us it will take about 2-3 hrs when she specifically said 30 MIN!! I just decided to cancel the order and purchase it there since i really liked it to wear the next day. I made line and the same blonde haired lady with a cap said ok let me get that for u and let me try to add the discount for you. SHE PROCEEDS TO CHECK IT OUT PERFECTLY FINE WITH THE DISCOUNT WHEN SHE SAID I HAD TO ORDER IT. Now i have to waist more time to call customer service to cancel the transaction.I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED she just waisted my time and was completely rude!

Parking garage is dirty and graffiti all over. Once you are inside pitch dark. Torrance is becoming dirty over the past 10 years.
