ordered a large bouquet for my friend’s birthday and the flowers were of the poorest quality and dead in three days! have been calling them but never does anyone answer!!

VERY UNPROFFESIONAL NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDERED AND EVERYTIME I TRIED CALLING IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL, UNABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK VERY BAD PLACE TO ORDER. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. CLAUDIA AND MARIA ARE VERY UNPROFFESIONAL YELLING TO HER OWN EMPLOYEES OVER THE PHONE.

Very bad place to do business with. I placed an order this morning at 9am for a flower delivery, it is now 5:12pm and still nothing. I called them around 3:30 for an update and the woman on the phone was not able to give me an answer. The flower shop is 10 mins from the place I needed to flowers to be dropped off!
