Staff here is excellent. Super friendly and patient with the customers in line. Dropping off or making a shipment here is super easy as they do carry all the boxes and supplies. I have never used their printing service here but they do have it here on site. They do DIY drop off here too.

Is it customary for FedEx driver's to park in handicap spaces for loading? This picture was taken 10/9/23 at 4:14pm in Torrance, CA (Hawthorne/Torrance Blvd). When I finished my haircut next door at 4:45pm the driver was still loading. I couldn't park in the handicap space because of this driver blocking it. Ended up having to use my cane instead of my wheelchair which was not good. Handicap spots aren't commercial loading zones.

The staff here is patient and friendly with customers. I've always have a pleasant experience with them. I can't believe some people on here complaining about having to wait for an indecisive customer, you can just drop off the package if you have a pre-printed label and don't want to wait.

Horrible in a few ways: the quality of the copier is very bad. The color in the copies came out very dull and noticeably poor in quality compared to even my cheap printer at home. On top of that, the employees are so busy behind the counter complaining loudly about their personal relationship problems that they intentionally ignore customers

I go here to use the copier/scanner/printer. They are great. Easy to use and decent price.Basically this fedex is where I go to l when I need to print something.Sent a package from here once and the employees seemed nice.

Good place to get things sent via FedEx and they do ship internationally as well. Staff are nice and helpful. They have some copy machines as well and I just saw one computer available for internet browsing or computer use.It's definitely smaller than the other place on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance (near the El Torito and Ferrari dealership), but good if you need to just make a couple copies or need to ship something out through FedEx.

Convenient and consistent good service.Service has always been smooth and good when I need to ship packages via Fedex. This location is one of my go to ones as it's conveniently located and has most of the services I need. The staff is always nice, considerate, and helpful.

The good:I came here to ship an Amazon return. It's not my go-to choice for Amazon returns but sometimes Amazon doesn't give you many options. This store had plenty of parking and was easy to access. I didn't have to wait long for service. The worker was efficient. I remember when it was a thing to point out the white arrow in the FedEx logo between the e and x as if it was a secret Illuminati message. The bad:I find their prices for shipping to be more expensive that USPS and UPS so I tend to not go with them. They sell packaging materials inside but I find these to be expensive too. The interesting:They're most known for their air delivery (not ground).

Great customer service from the moment you walk in. Will absolutely be returning to handle my copy needs, especially being a road warrior and my office 50 miles away, it helps having a reliable center to get work done.

Shalesh, Tiffany and Chief- ALL exceeded my expectations! I came in with a document alignment issue that they so graciously helped me with. They were patient, kind and most importantly- helpful! I had such difficulties trying to get my alignment correct and Shalesh and Tiffany went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I have not received service like this anywhere, in quite some time. Friendly service and practically instant printing if you email to
[email protected] people at the counter were quite helpful as I had just been turned away from my print order at UPS. Very convenient and clean location
