Got helped by a guy 12hours ago, he is mid aged man’s with a shirt and tie. He didn’t show any reluctance when helping me, and showed dedication to his job by asking me how can he help me. He made my day, because this is the best front desk at a shipping company I ever faced.

Twania was incredible!! She took the time to help me get the best rate possible to ship some last minute Christmas gifts to my family on the other side of the US so I wouldn't have to go to USPS. She made me feel so welcomed in the store from the moment I walked in. It got busy as she was helping me and she graciously handled the number of people in the store who needed assistance even while being the only person on the sales floor. Thank you again for all your help Twania!!

I don’t always visit Fedex stores, but from here on this will be the only one for me. Kristell was extremely helpful with processing my print order of 500 flyers. Her professionalism and expertise far exceeded what I was used to experiencing at Fedex —which is why I consider this my home Fedex Print & Ship now. I can see them getting busy at times with limited staff during peak hours but it seems to be the same situation for all print shops. Will be back. Thank you for your help, Kristell.

This location is very nice (post construction) and today I had to return a large box to Wayfair and David the assistant manager helped me. I didn't have a label yet printed out yet and needed packing tape to secure the box and David helped me with both and provided A+ customer service. Thank you!

The good:I had to ship a return and came here because it was one of the few options Amazon gave me. The young worker who helped was nice and tried to get me the best deals he could on shipping. The bad:They're under construction. The place feels rundown. I didn't know they didn't provide boxes for returns for you so I had to purchase one and they were quite expensive! There was a bit of a wait to get helped and it seemed like there was only one guy who could help. The other workers were further back doing something else. The interesting:The parking lot is out back and is a bit tight. I usually ship with UPS because they offer online discount codes for cheaper shipping.

I was trying to find a place to make color copies and I was able to find it here! They had two copiers and you just need a card payment. Everything is well kept and if you need help there is someone available. Great especially if you don't have a printer at home- you email your document to their servers and you can print from their machines!
