Tino is the man! My online order never shipped, so I contacted online customer support. Weirdly enough, Rose, the online customer support, told me they cannot do anything about it and to contact the brick and mortar store to solve the issue... Tino quickly resolved my problem within minutes. On another note, the quality of their joggers are great. highly recommend

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. The employees here have such a bad attitude when being asked a simple question. I approached one about an outfit and had her roll her eyes at me as she said no. The other one at the register talked up an entire family when she proceeded to go radio silent with my purchase. When she proceeded with the member credit she seemed bothered as if she was the one paying. These girls need a serious reality check and need to be trained on customer service at their age!

This review is for an online pickup. One guy was helping a customer checkout, and another worker came up to me asking if I had a question. I told her I was there for an order pickup. She just checked my ID and printed the receipt, and I was on my way. It took less than 2 minutes total. Very efficient and worth it since my therma leggings were only $5 (after their birthday sale and a $25 credit for a late delivery). Would recommend for pickup. I didn't try anything on or look around, but it looked clean and organized from where I was standing.

I came in to this store to try on certain clothes, since I've never bought anything from Fabletics before. The staff were very nice and helpful. I liked the large and nice changing rooms.
