ETC (now I guess “Baum Shipping”) is great. The owner, Dimitri, is awesome and the entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. 10/10 for customer service… I’ve worked with a lot of freight forwarders in the past, large and small. My favorite thing about ETC is the personalized support and consistent communication. The team really handles each case with impressive attention to detail, and the owner has decades of industry knowledge (saved me a significant amount on my last shipment). Highly recommend.

Baum International is a god send. Professional, honest and personal. I have used shipping companies for years and I haven’t ever experienced the service Baum International delivers. Dimitri and his team are aligned and work efficiently. Looking forward to using Baum International for years to come!

Order glasses advertised to take glare out they sent me not even good enough for reading glasses will report them to the Better Business Bureau the rip offs to the consumer

You would think you'd learn to do business in better form after receiving as many bad reviews as this company has and had to create multiple fake Google listings as a result. We had a really terrible experience with this company who, by the way, shows up in like 10 locations online but is really just a single guy named Nick Sanders (or something like that) and an overseas call center. These guys don't pay their truckers or go about their contracts in an above-boards way. They often attempt to double-broker and they don't play by the rules. I would imagine any positive reviews on here are fake. Oh, and by the way, if you disagree with them or things don't work out they are super vindictive and will try all kinds of shady things to come after you like adding your phone number or email to a bunch of solicitation sites. Stay away.
