I purchased a bed in February 2022 with a lead time of 8-10 weeks. I understand all production facilities are experiencing shortages of materials and workers--HOWEVER--It's been 7 months now and I've called and emailed and received no reply. I have no date for bed delivery and no way to get ahold of anyone. I can't speak to the quality since I'm still waiting for my item.

I was hesitant to order due to the 20 week lead time but decided to go ahead. I placed an order for the English Farmhouse spindle bed in Farrow & Ball’s Jitney. Bed arrived in 22 weeks and was exactly as I had hoped. Really beautiful. This bed is really special! I will definitely order again.Services: Custom furniture

We placed an order in early May and I have been trying to get a general status update. I have called to reach folks but no one answers and the voicemail is full. Also sent two messages to no avail. If I hear nothing I will cancel and block my credit card next week. Read re quality and construction but need a darn bed!

I have to give them props for the amazing workmanship. The bed is stunning, well made and absolutely gorgeous. I can only give them 3 stars for the total lack of customer support and delays. We ordered in the middle of August and the confirmation said up to 12 weeks for delivery. Then we were told 16 weeks after calling. More weeks went by and we called and emailed each time with no response. We thought we had been scammed since no one bothered to call or respond to emails. It took almost 7 months for us to get our bed (an entire month for shipping). We likely would have canceled if we knew it was going to take that long. What we weren't okay with was the constant "it's on its way" lies, and the total lack of responsiveness for this company.

Similar to another user I was quoted 12-16 weeks for turnaround. I placed my order September 13 and still do not have my bed. That is 30 weeks ago! Numerous emails and phone calls, most unanswered and now company voicemail is full. My order status was changed to “shipped” nearly 2 weeks ago but no tracking information was provided. I have no idea if I will ever see the bed I purchased.

Extremely unprofessional. It’s been 23 weeks since I ordered my bed frame, which at the time of order was quoted at 8-12 weeks (although owner claims it was 12-16). I have to email them repeatedly for updates, was told explicitly the new delivery day would be middle of January. End of January rolls around and haven’t heard from anyone. Follow up again, am told it is shipping out that week (two weeks ago) and they will send the tracking. Takes me 3 more emails to the owner to finally hear back, who says it was picked up and the tracking is in the below invoice. Guess what? No tracking number in that invoice! Do not waste your time with this company!Service: Custom furniture

Our beautiful custom Georgia bed was just delivered! Well worth the wait for exactly what we wanted. Ann is so easy to work with and helped with the design. The craftsmanship is incredible heirloom quality - highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this company! My first experience with them was for a couple of bedroom groupings. All 7 items arrived on time and were fabulous!! The beds are constructed so well. My husband was impressed. Now all of my older children are buying for their new homes, beds, nightstands, chest, TV cabinets, and sofas.Furniture to last a lifetime!My latest purchase was a tall order. I custom ordered a 120" TV cabinet with 3 pieces. It also was a custom Farrow and Ball color. It just arrived.It was beyond my expectations. Fit together perfectly. I have owned many pieces of English Farmhouse Furniture over the years. They create my absolute favorite, well-made and classic pieces. I love the customization options and everything I have ever purchased has turned out perfectly. Their customer service is also always top tier and they are a joy to work with. I can't recommend them enough!

Order took several MONTHS longer to receive our order than the "ten weeks" quoted at the time of order finalization. Owner is very good at twisting her company's production issues back at the customer. To add insult to injury, incorrect components were shipped to us and pieces were not made to agreed upon custom designs. Owner refuses to offer any compensation for the delays and problems. If some proper customer service was demonstrated, we could look past the delays and issues. But, as of this posting, we will not be recommending EFF to anyone, nor will we be purchasing from EFF again.

I just received my 2 spindle beds from English Farmhouse Furniture and they are absolutely beautiful. We customized the posts to be similar but just different enough to really make them special. I can't wait to work with you again.

Great furniture for the price. Hard to understand the negative feedback left by others. I got two of their "in stock" pieces, and they were just as described on the website. Have referred several friends here as well.

I always loved the look of the mirrored grand armoire and had wanted it for several years. Retail with shipping was over $5000, however I was able to get a "deal" since the item I was buying was in stock (cost was still over $4k). I agree with the customer service issues. I got a return call back on average once for every five messages left. That aside, the piece is substantial and offers lots if storage so for that I am pleased. The quality however is not very good. The doors are so cheap looking. They are not inset which I would expect in a custom, quality piece. In the pictures online they appeared inset. All of the interiors of the drawers are unfinished. I would expect at the very least a clear coat of poly. Bratt decor actually stains and finished all interior surfaces including drawers. The back of the armoir is the lowest quality tongue and groove live you can find and again, unfinished. I could literally snap it off it is so thin. There are also many sharp, unsanded edges which is a problem since this is in a child's room. The shipper too was a problem. He came to my house alone and couldn't lift the 400 pound armoir. He had to come back after I rounded up some people to help him.

We ordered a custom table from Bradshaw Kirchofer. It arrived defective, with one leg significantly shorter than the other. Over several months, we left multiple voice messages and sent multiple emails for Bradshaw Kirchofer, and no one returned any of them. Unfortunately, we live thousands of miles away from the store, so we were unable to stop by and Bradshaw Kirchofer was able to avoid getting back to us. Over that time, the table top even began to warp. Terrible quality and terrible customer service -- that's a terrible combination. We buy lots of items online, and this is the first time we've ever encountered anything like this. Companies like Bradshaw Kirchofer are the reason some people are uneasy about buying things online. If I had more time, I'd refer Bradshaw Kirchofer to the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from Bradshaw Kirchofer!
