“From when I walked into the store I knew I was glad I went to Howard's. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, led me to the products I was interested in and gave me my space to decide. I purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The payment and delivery schedule was seamless. The delivery and set up was performed by two different knowledgeable pairs of technicians. They contacted me via text and phone for delivery confirmation and arrived at the scheduled times. They were very professional and made sure each appliance worked properly. I give the whole process Five Stars”

“This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??”

“"The system won't let me... but I will try another way" -JR (Best Buy Management"This is everything you want to hear when you have someone working on something for you. I had a special case where I had a team of installers come into my home to wall mount my 85' TV in my living room before an event. Once finished, we noticed this the TV was not projecting properly and I was advised to call it in because I am a Best Buy Total member and that is exactly what I did. Being that I still had an event I told the installers to quickly find me a TV to put on the wall for the event and they did. Apparently they grabbed an "open box" product from the Torrance location so they can keep the situation more affordable. I was out some cash until this issue was resolved but I'd still be able to ave a functional TV for my event. Which was great!Fast forward a month and I FINALLY am able to get the issue with my dysfunctional TV resolved and was issued a "store credit"... Now I needed to go in store to return the TV I bought on the fly and get the cash back in exchange for the store credit. Seems simple right? Not at all... JR was the manager on duty who was called to find solution. What I will say is that between the Best Buy policy changes to their Total Tech, the open box return policy and other hurdles and hoops, JR with the assistance of Cassie was able to find a way to accommodate me.Stores have policies to protect themselves but sometimes there are unique situations that need a human eye and decision making and I am glad that JR and Cassie were there to help me with this because it was looking like it was going to be a day where they tell the customer "Oh Well, there is nothing I can do" when in reality the service was the exact opposite. “Bob's Car Audio and Electronics were so helpful in fixing my son's stereo and backup camera. They got right to work on trying to address the issue. It took a little time, but they were able to get everything up and running again. It turns out they had to repair some of the wiring that was corroded from the rain. Bob's Car Audio and Electronics truly stand by their products. A big thank you to Bob and his wonderful team for taking care of the problem for us. My son can continue to drive around the city a little safer, since his backup camera is back up and running.”

“I had my 1911 shipped here, the staff is very friendly/knowledgeable. John is fun to chat with if the store isn't too busy. The navigation on Google to get here is a bit confusing. (They are the first shop on the right in the corner mall looking lot. The door doesn't say walsers but there's another gun store logo. When you go in, step to the counter on the right and ring the bell) make sure to bring cash or have zelle to avoid a credit card tax. I'll definitely be coming here again!”

Went to the location off PCH and Normandie and were not open when the regular hours of operation are posted on their store front door.

Store is clean and has a much more appealing showroom of their cell phones than a few other locations.

“I was on the way to the mall when I had this sudden urge for one of those taquito rolls they sell. Luckily, this was in on the way. Talk about convenient! I came through and thought might as well get something to wash it all down. Grabbed a Gatorade, walked up front and started taking my pick on which one(s) to get. They had 3 different kinds available at the time, and at $3.49/3, I might as well try all of them. In the middle of all that, I can hear the cashier greeting all customers coming in as well as well-wishes for those walking out. I also heard her talking to a customer paying about downloading the app. (My immediate thought was, "They have an app?!?" Followed with, "Who doesn't, nowadays?!") Anyway! She convinced me to download it because everything I buy for that day will be discounted. So, I did, because YAY FOR DISCOUNTS!!! (It was worth it, for sure.) Typical of most 7-Elevens I've been to. They pretty much carry the same products. The up here is how friendly the cashier is. She's the reason for the extra star. Taquitos/Rolls were as expected, but it truly hit the spot for satisfying that urge. I swear, my palate has bizarre moods sometimes... Good first run. There will be others.”

“Like many other reviewers have mentioned, MW is extremely accommodating and provides a simple (as much as possible for high end audio equipment), turn key product. I would consider my context a particularly difficult one because I was the primary consult on our end, am new to the organisation, had not overseen a sound system install before, and didn’t have access to information about some of the electrical/wiring that would have been helpful for his team.
We ended up having to add some additional work not included in the bid and leaning on Mike to consult in areas beyond what we had contracted. He exercised great flexibility, ingenuity, and patience to make sure we ended the day with a sound system we were happy with.
The install took a total of three days including removing seven wall-mounted speakers, installing six new ones (mains, subs, rears), running lines (some through wall and some along wall), tuning the system to our space, and training our team in how to use it.
The team of workers Mike brought in were professional and respected our space by being careful in their installation and cleaning up after themselves. They mostly operated independently from my oversight, and I never felt any concerns in allowing his team quite open access to the premises because of how they operated.
The install was completed one day ago. Mike continues to correspond with me as I have follow up questions from time to time.”

“This has been one of my 7 eleven stores for the past six years. They have never disappointed me. Every time I come in, I'm greeted with a friendly smile, and hot coffee is always available no matter what time I come in. What stood out to me is. One day I came in, and no hot coffee was ready, which rarely happens. They made a fresh pot for me to start my graveyard shift. I'm very grateful for them to accommodate me as graveyard shift worker.”

“Knowledgeable staff, one think that could be improved, I went to buy a screen protector and wanted to just buy it there and wanted it installed and was told to go to geek squad to get it installed. The geek squad guy told me to buy the protector first at the front. After waiting 10 minutes, I buy it, then go back to geek squad and I have to buy the screen protector install anyways. Why couldn't they just do everything at once? In the past I could just buy the protector, buy it at the phone stall and they install it on the spot in under a minute. Now it takes 30 minutes and I am talking to 4 different people.”

“I am so thankful for this Verizon location. I misplaced my company phone a flight, and this client was pretty difficult to work with, so I had to male sure my communication was stellar at all times. Thankfully, they got me rollin'. Yes, it took a couple of hours, but I've had that experience in all Verizon stores. I was able able to forward calls to my personal phone in the meantime while we got the new phone up and running. Whew! They saved my butt! My clients wedding was amazing and I was (and AM) the best wedding planner in her ?.”

“Steve has been exceptional to deal with. His knowledge of audio and electronics has helped me learn and have the confidence to take on more speaker projects. I bought one of his KRK12 12" subwoofer drivers, four Cerwin Vega amps that were an exact match for my Klipsch KSP-300 & KSP-400 speakers with 12" & 15" built-in subwoofers, and a few other odds and ends to repair other projects of mine. I appreciate Steve's friendliness and his willingness to help. I will be buying more stuff from Steve in the future. (Also, to the JM review. “I go there at night on my way home to pick up snacks and drinks. Never crowded and the help are all pretty nice. It's a smaller 7-11 but they have everything you would want if you're running in and out. Some stores have too much merch like posters and hats and stuff. This one is more focused on food and drink items. It promotes a rapid exchange and that makes no line at the register.”
