I stop today to color match a paint,the guy told me is not going to happen today because he have 6 before me. If leave the match should be ready tomorrow.Im Painting contractor and for sure I never going to this store again

This is just a friendly reminder, in life you get what you paid for. Don't waste your time, money and energy going to those Big Box retailers, because you will never get great customer service like Dunn-Edwards. This is my second time coming back and I had the pleasure to work with Ms. Monica. The moment I entered the store she greeted me with a beautiful and pleasant smile, mind you, I never met her before. Right away she asked what type of paint I was looking for and I had also brought in a sample of the interior paint I needed. Within a short time she got me the right paint and the overall experience was excellent. Again, I don't mind paying a little more for high quality paint and above all it's a great value because in the end this quality paint last longer. Last, the store is super clean and organized and I am happy to spend my money here becauseI can assure you, no way, you will get this high level of customer service elsewhere. Again thank you Monica keep up the great work and I will continue to come to this store and recommend to my friends and family. Thanks for reading

Do your self a favor, and go somewhere else for paint. I went in and Monica was completely distracted, chatting with friends. I asked for help, and they grudgingly told me the color I needed didn't exist. But, after checking with another employee, they admitted that it was a dunn Edwards color. I asked how long to get a quart and they said 15 minutes. So I went outside to my truck to wait and it wasn't 5 minutes later when Monica comes by and slings paint at me, so upset she was that I had bothered its conversation and drawn it away to do its actual job. I've never been so embarrassed that someone was so angry and would ridicule a customer for asking for service. I've never seen anyone that rude in retail. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else for paint. Monica has lost my business for the Torrance Dunn Edwards.

We met Estela Molina at the Dunn Edwards store in Torrance. We had a ton of questions comparing the Valspar to the Behr to the DE brands. We were mostly concerned with fading and durability and didn't get confidence with the other brands. The picture is the porch of what was burgundy trim; now faded to horrible blue purple something. In fact a neighbor used the DE brand 3 years ago and their house still looks freshly painted. Ms. Molina suggested the Evershield but for a few dollars more, we bought the Aristoshield for an even higher level of resistance against the environments. She answered all our questions and suggested a color scheme that would compliment our house. Her knowledge of products and patience to answer all customer questions help sell us on the DE brand. I'm just doing the trim for now but when I do the rest of the house, I'll be sure to contact Ms. Molina. You should too!

Rhan was very helpful providing great customer service. He walked me through different products in the store and explained how each of them worked, and he helped me find a solution for the issue I’m dealing with regarding needing outdoor coatings.

Came on a Saturday and there wasn't too many customers other than myself. The guys at the customer service desk seemed too busy to help me. My thought is that you should always try to assist the customers first before talking with coworkers, but not here. Unfortunately not here. Good products. Crappy customer service. Won't be back.

We routinely come here to buy paint and like supplies because we really like the high quality of DE paint products. I recently had a situation that now will keep me coming back to this store. We are currently remodeling our kitchen. We've had to wait 20 years to do so, so you can imagine how we want to get this right. Anyway, we needed more paint of two different colors, which of course "have to match" and I needed three color samples as well. I was helped by a nice young man name Andrew. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He has worked here a good period of time, anyway, didn't have time to wait, would come back next morning to pick up paint. I got there about 8:30 am, paint and samples both ready, except the gallon cans look different from the previous ones, I asked the girl if the gentleman who helped me was there, she said he was and went to get him. Andrew came out and we talked it over. In the end we agreed I'm not a paint ordering pro & didn't understand and maybe he should have asked a few more questions. He was very polite and re-made the paint for me. I feel I was treated very fairly, and I've been back 3 times for more paint, some sample cans and I'll keep going back because I've met 3-4 of the employees now and all are polite and knowledgeable. Thank You Andrew, turns out he's management at this store PS, This is the best paint!!

Went there yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Deana helped us and spent quite a bit of time with my husband and I answering all our questions of which my husband had many. He said she was the most knowledgeable person he had ever spoken to at a paint store. We really appreciated her help and knowledge level and found her to be extremely personable! She deserves a raise!! Really old school compared to crappy level of service many people give today.

Not sure why this store is rated lower than the Gardena store. Went to get same paint by using formula on previous Dunn Edwards can. Employees here were nice and friendly. Got me the paint in less than 5 minutes. Also explained in detail when I had extra questions. Service here is better than the Gardena branch where the employee there have short one sentence replies and was not helpful. For some reason the quoted price for the paint was cheaper here too. Would come back here just for the service.
