Dr. Paula and her vet tech are incredible. My husband and I are out of the country. Two of our dogs got in a fight, and one had bad injuries. They responded right away and scheduled a same day appointment for us. My mom met them at my home. It was a difficult situation and they were so understanding with me and Mr. Cooper. Their prices are very reasonable for the service they provide. Exactly what we need in our area.

OMG Dr Paula saved my cat from surgery! I had taken my cat to a non-mobile vet who wanted to do surgery. But I delayed scheduling the surgery because I did not want to put my cat through the trauma. The bump kept growing, however, so I looked for another answer and found Dr Paula. What a God-send!!!! Her approach was to do some investigating work to see what it was before deciding what to do. That paid off. It turned out to be a fluid-filled cyst that Dr. Paula drained in about a minute... in my own home... no stress to the cat!!! And Dr. Paula and her assistant were so nice. The whole thing was wonderful! Thank you Dr. Paula, you are a gem!!

Dr Paula and he assistant we're amazing. We had puppies born early and couldn't find anyone to remove the dew claws quickly. She got back to me right away and came to my house the next day. They were so gentle and provided comfort to the puppies the entire time. They also did a well-check on all the puppies. They went to sleep just after the procedure. I would highly recommend her and plan to use them again.

Most mobile vets in our rural area only serve farm animals so it was challenging to find a mobile vet for our dog. Luckily, we found Dr. Paula and her mobile veterinary service which was exactly what we needed when our older Great Pyrenees suddenly stopped being able to use his back legs. We called and left a message and received a response within the hour. Not only was she prompt to reply, she came out to our house the same day and provided exceptional care on site. She performed an exam, determined that his back had gone out, he needed some pain management to be able to move comfortably, and was able to administer medication to him right there. She even clipped his nails! Both Dr. Paula and her assistant vet tech were kind and incredibly competent and the services were much more affordable than going in to a vet clinic. Our big boy can move again and we'll never call another vet. If you live in the Grass Valley area, Dr. Paula and her mobile veterinary service is an exceptional resource.

Our cat Tiger needed euthanasia and we were told "sorry we aren't accepting any new patients ". The ultimate let down - when our poor cat needed someone to help him out of this world. He wasn't a new patient. He was a dying cat who needed help for a few minutes.

We have no complaints. Dr Paula and her assistant were compassionate and respectful. The cost was reasonable at they scheduled us in very quickly due to a cancelation.

She's very caring efficient and thorough and even though she no longer serviced the area that I was in because she was referred to me she has agreed to come out and treat the cats.

Contacted them about arranging a vet visit. Provided all my information expecting a speedy reply. I then get ghosted for 2.5 weeks! Finally get an email at 11pm from her secretary explaining "With the holidays in full swing, our practice has definitely seen a significant increase in scheduled appointments." It took you 2.5 weeks to tell me that? You're a doctor. You can't treat your business and especially your clients this way. You work in an industry that, literally, handles life and death situations. Dr. Paula. you aware this how your secretary is handling your new clientele?

Good response on service requests. Dr Pula is a class act. Honest and reasonably priced considering she comes to you. Our elderly dog was non-ambulatory and Dr Paula and staff were accommodating. It made it easy vs. having to load our lab into the car, drive to the vet, and have to unload. Then reverse to go home. Dr. Paula's service is a godsend!

I needed a vet 4 days ago and I contacted them for an appointment. They sent a terse short reply saying they weren’t accepting new patients. No help at all. They at least could have recommended another vet service or replied that hopefully they would be accepting new patients at another time. Not nice at all. Is 0 possible as a rating. They were zero help.
