I have brought my Kia Soul here twice and also my son's Honda Civic. This auto shop is top notch. The customer service here is great!! Alan and his team are friendly and do perfect work on the cars. I have never been disappointed once. I highly recommend this shop. ? Five stars is not enough. This is a ten star autoshop. ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This shop is top notch. I have brought both of my cars here for work, and I am beyond impressed with the attention to detail they put into every job. They will take the time and effort to explain to the insurance company how to properly fix the vehicle and not let them do the bare minimum and pass it off. I also appreciate the constant updates and communication, I always know where we are in the process. One of my cars is a rare classic and I trust them over any other shop with getting it fixed right and helping to hold its value. Such a great experience and good people.

Honestly this business by far has some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with in anything. From the very beginning Allen treated me with respect and compassion and showed my he and his shop was all about integrity. Did amazing work and It turned out perfect, better then expected. My car was sideswiped. So I didn't know how my car was going to look with one side new looking, and the other side normal (13 yrs old.). Mr. Dominguez assured me that it would look fine. Sure enough, he went out of his way to make sure the other side looked just as good. He also added other repairs that he didn't need to do at no extra cost! He replaced the two headlights and fixed the hub caps. My car looked brand new!! If you want to go somewhere that you know will make your car look perfect, go to Dominguez Collision. I found this place based on the reviews, and they did not disappoint!Owners are kind, easy to work with, and know the system, so it was a breeze having them coordinate with my insurance. In my particular case, there was a lot of confusion from my insurance because the person who hit us also had geico, and they started a separate claim that didn't link our geico. It was a nightmare.These guys easily navigated the insurance and got the work done quickly and beautifully.I don't wish for anyone to have to get work done on their car, but if you do, this is 100% the best experience you're going to get.
