The process of seeing if your dog will fit in is a well planned two step process. Your dog is not thrown in for a day to see how it goes. They visit first and meet some of the staff and dogs. They then come back at a later time for a trial visit. If you have a shy or anxious dog this is what they need to warm up. My dog is a big scary cat from trama from before we adopted him, especially with men, but on the video I will see him held by one of the tall male staff members or my dog will sit next to him. It's comforting to see the trust my dog has developed with all the staff.

My dog Harper and I love Dogtopia! Harper has developed amazing socialization skills and is a very strong daycare dog. I am so proud of the Dog she has become from being at daycare and especially at Dogtopia of Southbay. The staff is amazing and the amount of fun event days are countless for your pup to really have the most EXCITING day ever! Totally recommend and wouldn't have it any other way! - Emilia

I like this place. It's very clean, my dog gets his meal, he's seems very happy when picked up. The owner and her staff are very nice. It's a great place for my dog to get some doggie interaction.

Dogtopia Southbay is amazing! They treat my dog and all dogs like they are there own. They have activities like bubble day, and my dog Thor absolutely loves it. Thank you dogtopia for all you do for our pups!

This is one of the best doggie daycares that we've ever taken our dog to since we moved to Torrance! We have been taking our dog to Dogtopia since it opened and couldn't be happier. It is honestly our dog's home away from home. The staff there is incredible and takes such great care of our fur baby. Kathy, the owner has the biggest heart and treats our dog as if it was her own. Our dog looks forward to every time he gets to go to Dogtopia, running through the doors and greeting the staff with hugs and a wagging tail! They go above and beyond for our family holding special events, providing extra goodies and even sending home special gifts for birthdays and holidays. Having a crazy work schedule, they are accommodating and flexible. In my opinion, they are unlike any other! I couldn't be happier and feel so at ease knowing that my baby is well taken care of each and every day he is there. Thank you Dogtopia for your love and support. We love you guys and would happily recommend you to any and everyone.

As a result of the owner's reply, to reach out and discuss, I've called two additional times and left messages. I've not received a phone call back. Also, I'm extremely annoyed that the owner wasn't honest in saying that I waited three weeks to inform them about my dog's injury! That's so far from the truth! I called immediately, like any responsible dog owner would do! It's just ridiculous for the owner to outright say something untrue like that, it got me really mad when I read that comment! I asked them to check the videos to figure out what had happened to my puppy, which they did and told me that they couldn't let me view them (that wasn't right. What? I can't see what happened to my dog?). They viewed the videos THE NEXT DAY!

I love that my dog, Prince, is always excited when he goes and is on his way to daycare! He's made a number of good play buddies and the staff love him as well! He loves it there!

This wonderful place came highly recommended by my dog behavior counselor (Really, not a dog trainer) and I highly recommend it! The facility is fabulous and clean and the staff are loving and nurturing. My dog whom my family rescued from a L.A. County Animal Care Center loves this place!

Chex LOVES going to South Bay Dogtopia! ALL the staff are so friendly, professional and competent. They truly enjoy interacting with him, which makes us very happy too. The environment is very welcoming and Chex loves playing with all the dogs!

I really love this place & the people are awesome. I can even use their app to watch my fur baby, BUT I'm giving it only 4 stars because my fur-baby doesn't love it. She goes because she must, but she's not as happy as she is when I take her to work. But it's great for socialization & giving me a break & an opportunity to eat a hot meal in peace ✌️

I'm totally satisfied with Dogtopia of South Bay!! The staff is very friendly. My dog gets excited as we go through the door! Always a greeter ready to take my dog to the play area. The staff always have time to patiently answer my questions or concerns. My dog had a spa day and looked beautiful. Prices are reasonable!!!
