I brought a used Prius here in April 2023. I knew what I wanted and was paying cash for the car. When I test drove the car felt a little stiff and I asked if anything came up in the inspection. The dealer assured me there was a 300 point inspection and the car was in good condition. I asked to see the maintenance history and they provided the Carfax. I asked if there was a service history in Toyotas system and he shared that he looked it over and everything was in Carfax. A month after driving it off the lot, it needed a gasket replaced. I chalked that up to normal wear and tear, no big deal. Four months later I bring the car in for a regular service and the service member shares with me that the struts need to be replaced immediately (a 2k service) and that this was in the system as a recommendation before I bought the car! The service member shared if they are not replaced, it may lead to the front axles breaking or losing a tire mid drive. Had I known I would not have purchased, or at minimum negotiated for this to be repaired prior to driving off the lot. I called the customer service to discuss this and never received a call back. It's been 2 days.

I recently purchased a vehicle at this location and was taken care of by Mo Abed. He was really great to work with. We told him exactly what we needed and wanted and he had no problem working with us. He was easy to talk to and made everything a quick and easy experience!!

Had a very positive experience purchasing a car here recently. Jose in sales was up front, easy to work with, and made the process relatively stress free. They have dealer add ons to the sticker or online price, which you can negotiate.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I visited a couple others prior to landing at this one, and the quality of service was by far the best. The vehicle I originally intended to get wasn't in stock, but Leo in sales helped me decide on one that was and I was able to drive off with it that same day. Our experience with this dealership was great! Mo was very responsive and got us a great deal without some of the nonsense other dealers tried to pull. Financing was easy and Lyndon made sure the rest of process went swimmingly. We definitely recommend this dealership.

Review is based on different departmentsSales: 10/10When I purchased my Mustang, the sales man that supported me was super nice and flexible with dropping the price of the car. I bought my Mustang all cash around 23k and they even let me drive the car to the bank to obtain my check. Sales man was super knowledgeable and the same was for the manager on site that day. Finance Team: 0/10Normally Pink Slips take about 2-3 weeks to arrive when a car is purchased however, It took the dealership over 7 months to send me the pink slip. I spoke to my bank (a couple months after the purchase) to confirm if the check was rejected and they confirmed that DCH Toyota cashed my check after TWO DAYS OF THE PURCHASE. DCH stated that there was an issue as my bank was signed as an owner but, keep in mind I did not finance the car. This ultimately raised some red flags for me so I escalated to the dealership. I have 10 documented phone calls in which they failed to successfully direct me to the Finance POC and gave me the following reasons why the pink slip was not sent1. There is some delays (super generic)2. Your bank is holding the pink slip (caused me to go to the bank just to find out that they do not provide the pink slip as the car was not financed).3. The Finance POC only picked up my call 1 time out of the multiple times I was transferred. Car Mechanics: 6/10Of course used cars have their defects but according to DCH they were a bit hesitant on dropping the price more as they stated that they put a lot of money to the car. Not sure if blinker fluid was the only thing they added but the following are the defects that my car manifested after the purchase. 1. Sync system was not updating. After running diagnostics on the SYNC 3 system the firmware is not compatible to update to the latest update. Repair cost up to $3,000. 2. Motor mounts were loose (fixed on my end) 3. Skip song button somehow plays the previous song4. Breaks and Rotors were worn out. 5. Trunk does not open at times. Looks like they sold the car without going through the recall process of the trunk. As stated, I know used cars have their problems but to say you put money into a car and then the car has major defects kind of shows how grimy the mechanics/repair men are at the shop. I wouldn't trust this dealership at all. There is no need to wait months for a pink slip and no need to drop thousands on repairs after buying a car that they said was review/fixed.

I was able to obtain a very high demand car at a very reasonable price. They honored offers through 3rd party apps and are very competitive with their prices. Only issues were the delays with the car I reserved (not entirely the dealership's fault) and long wait times at the dealership. Overall great service and very friendly staff.

TLDR; I love this place way more than the other service department dealerships. Specifically Maya because she goes above and beyond to help everyone.I've gone to so many dealerships, spoken with so many people and just didn't get what I needed. Maya took great care of me, patiently answered all my silly questions (I'm very ignorant about cars) and made me feel very confident about all decisions I needed to make! I'm sure her coworkers are fine but anytime I recommend someone to get their cars serviced I tell them to definitely go straight to Maya first, because I know she takes care of everyone.

I recently bought a Toyota Grand Highlander from DCH Torrance and I had a great experience working with my salesperson Lawrence and Lyndon in finance. They walked me through the process and really explained my available options. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was polite and professional, and it was a pleasure working with the dealership.

So I just purchased a 2023 tacoma trail edition and I am so glad I got it here with DCH of torrance. First want to say thank you to Lawrence who got it all started on the first meeting. Not knowing what to expect If I was even a prospective buyer or just window shopping. He was polite enough to listen my wants and needs and also my current situation and never made it seem like other dealers that want to pressure you into buying once you step foot on their property.Fast forward to a week later, after having swapped contact info he had one of his associates, Leo do a walkthrough of the truck on his behalf and also let me test drive it. We talked numbers with Leo and thought it over. In the meantime I checked in with other Toyota dealerships in LA County and made my decision to stick with DCH of Torrance after the way they treated me. After consulting with 4-5 dealerships in the LA area, I stuck with Lawrence and Leo. Unfortunately the truck I had seen was sold. I was told the next one arriving at the lot would be in a month. I don't know how Lawrence and his fleet manager did it but they landed one from a sister dealership and had it ready for me. All in all long story short, if you want to be treated like family, come to DCH. If you wanted to be treated like a customer, go anywhere else but here.
