Had a great experience with buying my SUV with Leonardo Solis. He was determined to get me in the RAV4 Hybrid XSE same day even tho they didn't have it in stock. I was very excited and amazed when I first saw the car. Thank you so much for your help!! I absolutely love the SUV!!

4 hours for an oil change??? At least give the customer a warning so they can plan their day instead of underestimating by half. Seeing other customers come and go during the time you're waiting in the lobby is frustrating as F

I had such a wonderful experience getting my car here. Aside from the great little amenities and cleanliness the staff was what made it a 5 star review for me. This was my first big car purchase so I was a little nervous but Sirag helped make me feel more comfortable with his excellent customer service, calm demeanor and patience. I know when someone is trying to pull one over on me and I never got that feeling once coming here! I bought a used 2022 Toyota Crossover and had a great smooth process getting the car and crossing T's and dotting I's thanks to my awesome finance manager Lyndon! He was very informative and friendly. I came into the situation a little skeptical and nervous but I honestly left extremely happy and satisfied with my overall experience at DCH Toyota. I'm so happy to have found this dealership! I highly recommend!!

Be careful when doing service here. They will scam you anyway possible to take your money. I came in for maintenance check and I let them know that my brakes were shaking whenever I tap my brakes. after I got home they called me to let me know that there definitely was something wrong with my brakes. I said OK please fix it and I went online to find a discount for brake repairment.The discount was for $50 off when it normally was $25. They said they applied the $50 off but once I got my receipt, it was only $25 off. I'm not just mad about the money I'm upset about the fact that they lied to me. Be very careful when doing anything at this Toyota.

I was skeptical at first about coming here because it seems very clear to us now that the 3 stars in Yelp MUST be a mistake!We had an offer using TrueCar.com but it was for a different dealership.A Manager messaged me about my online inquiry but the initial offer was rather very high so we ignored it.Later on Leo Solis Internet Sales Manager contacted me so I explained the situation, showed him some proof of the online offer and he immediately said that he would honor the offer.As we arrived he showed us the cars he had in the lot and without trying to play games we went inside to look into our documents, he again confirmed our online offer and, not going to lie, it was like 20-30 minutes that he was gone and we almost walked away, but he came back just in time with a printed offer including our online offer and other options while reassuring us that the online deal is valid. Few more minutes later we met with Alex from Finance who was also very pleasant and accommodating and again without hustling us introduced some of the options (some required by law) we finished signing with the online deal.Meanwhile Solis got our new car washed and loaded with gas so off we went happy with the amazing service and experience we've received.As a Sales Manager myself, I truly appreciate Leo and Alex's services. My son had a great experience here and still amazed by how positive the whole thing was here (our experience at a different dealer was not even close to this one).So thank you Leo and Alex!We'll be sending all of our family and friends to you from now on.

In the past I've taken my vehicle to MB Toyota and never had any major issues, maybe a few minor inconveniences but nothing drastic. Today I took my vehicle to get serviced at DCH Toyota of Torrance and my service advisor and the gentlemen that did service on my vehicle went above and beyond! Totally a 10/10 experience! Would highly recommend getting their vehicle serviced here to anyone who needed it. Extra big thank you to the ladies at cashier desk, Daniel P. my service advisor, and Joel the shop foreman for his helping hand!

Checked out Norwalk Toyota for the Tacoma I wanted, but they threw a curveball - said they couldn't sell it at the online price, adding a whopping $10,000 on the floor. Not cool. Pissed off, I found DCH Toyota of Torrance online and decided to give them a shot.Called them up, got connected with Moe, and things took a turn for the better. Moe confirmed the online price, so I made the trip. At DCH, Moe was awesome - test drove a couple of Tacomas until I found the one. Showed him my Capital One preapproval, and he worked his magic with Toyota credit, saving me over $200 a month.Onto finance with Lyndon, who broke down everything. No hard sells, just options. Ended up with an extended maintenance plan and tire protection, all under my budget. DCH Toyota of Torrance turned a headache into a win. Now, I'm telling everyone, when you need a Toyota, go see Moe and Lyndon!

Review is based on different departmentsSales: 10/10When I purchased my Mustang, the sales man that supported me was super nice and flexible with dropping the price of the car. I bought my Mustang all cash around 23k and they even let me drive the car to the bank to obtain my check. Sales man was super knowledgeable and the same was for the manager on site that day. Finance Team: 0/10Normally Pink Slips take about 2-3 weeks to arrive when a car is purchased however, It took the dealership over 7 months to send me the pink slip. I spoke to my bank (a couple months after the purchase) to confirm if the check was rejected and they confirmed that DCH Toyota cashed my check after TWO DAYS OF THE PURCHASE. DCH stated that there was an issue as my bank was signed as an owner but, keep in mind I did not finance the car. This ultimately raised some red flags for me so I escalated to the dealership. I have 10 documented phone calls in which they failed to successfully direct me to the Finance POC and gave me the following reasons why the pink slip was not sent1. There is some delays (super generic)2. Your bank is holding the pink slip (caused me to go to the bank just to find out that they do not provide the pink slip as the car was not financed).3. The Finance POC only picked up my call 1 time out of the multiple times I was transferred. Car Mechanics: 6/10Of course used cars have their defects but according to DCH they were a bit hesitant on dropping the price more as they stated that they put a lot of money to the car. Not sure if blinker fluid was the only thing they added but the following are the defects that my car manifested after the purchase. 1. Sync system was not updating. After running diagnostics on the SYNC 3 system the firmware is not compatible to update to the latest update. Repair cost up to $3,000. 2. Motor mounts were loose (fixed on my end) 3. Skip song button somehow plays the previous song4. Breaks and Rotors were worn out. 5. Trunk does not open at times. Looks like they sold the car without going through the recall process of the trunk. As stated, I know used cars have their problems but to say you put money into a car and then the car has major defects kind of shows how grimy the mechanics/repair men are at the shop. I wouldn't trust this dealership at all. There is no need to wait months for a pink slip and no need to drop thousands on repairs after buying a car that they said was review/fixed.
