I bought a chain and diamond pendant here a while ago that cost me over a thousand dollars. I told the black guy that works here that persuades and pressures everyone to buy and tries to sell you everything that the choice of chain won’t fit the bail of the pendant so he ensured me that he can resize the opening so I said ok. He took my diamond pendant to the back and tried to stretch my hard, solid gold bail to fit the chain and left dings and dents in the gold. I was really interested in the piece because it was very beautiful and exactly what I wanted so at that point, although I was unhappy about that I still bought it because it was the only thing like it in the store. It still upsets me to this day every time I look at it because he ruined a perfect piece all because he was so money hungry. Also as I wore this piece for a while it started to turn a dark purple and blue and green color which was very strange to me considering the price. It is solid gold still but whatever coating was placed on top was not suitable. It wasn’t something that could be scrubbed off either I literally had to file it off.

Came here for 1 pair of earrings, and I left with 3 pairs for my Christmas gifts. Michelle was such a wonderful, patient, and knowledgeable attendant. She was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back! I’m one happy customer!

Don't waste your time buying from Daniels Jewelers they sell fake diamonds. Do not waste your time here they literally wanted me to trade in and owe them more money. Now that I found to be crazy and they really suck here.

Do not waste your time or money at this place. Customer service was not good when ear piercing was inquired about. Woman was trying to up sell cheap diamond earrings in such a tacky way that it was an obvious lie.

I Bought a Diamond Ring for Valentines Day for My Wife. Maxi was Wonderful & Very Accommodating, Thank You Much for your Help. Maxi was very Profesional & showed me numerous rings until I found the Ferfect ring. Ceasars was a Big help to. I would Differently Recommend this place for their Jewelry Needs.

Daniels jewelers has a special where you get a baseball bracelet every time the Dodgers hit a homerun. So I went. I knew they were going to try to sell me stuff and I looked around and I actually found a pair of earrings I liked. I was ordered a second pair of earrings. and The store really had a lot of stuff going on, a free giveaway they just started. The giveaway was if you spend a certain amount a dollar you get a free necklace and bracelet and it was very overwhelming and very wonderful and then at the very end they have you sign a paper that you can't return your second pair of earrings. I was very disappointed in the earrings and called and they let me exchange them and again I had to sign it you cannot return the jewelry. I knew I should've walked away and not signed it but again I was really pumped up with all of this wonderfulness they were bestowing on me. I don't recommend going there because they don't back their product
