I remember when this CVS was still brand new, and it turned old real quick. There's used up medicine, ripped or spilled. On the floors too. The workers are kind here, haven't had a bad experience with the staff really. They can be slow sometimes but nothing too bad. They used to have a drive-thru for the pharmacy and now they DON'T for some reason. The window is boarded up and close for several months now. I'm not sure if they're ever going to fix it, sadly because it was my one reason why I even go to this location. Might have to find a new location, sadly.

So I get messages telling me I have a refill and wanting to know if I want the pharmacy to contact my doctor for authorization. The only info given is Rx FL. I am not a pharmacist and do not have a cheat sheet to tell me what FL is. Called local store and put on forever hold. It would be more helpful if the drug name was provided in the message so I could know if it is something I want to refill. Does anyone else have this issue or are we all just supposed to know the pharmacy codes?

I was just there this evening. I was with my two small children with a cart of 5 items. No one at the register. There was someone there at the front working, but she never asked if I needed help or offered to help me at the register. As soon as I started using self check out, she helped everyone at the register but me. I was not happy at all. Normally I get excellent customer service, but not tonight.

Thee worst pharmacy! As a medical professional I understand all the nuances and intricacies that are involved with filling prescriptions, BUT when it comes to basic customer service the Pharmacist Rain Kim is no good! Thank God for the assistant in the back who at lease acknowledged me.

While I normally wouldn’t post a review about a retailer I visit regularly more than once, the cashier that helped me was really friendly. She was gracious and personable with the customers ahead of me and also with me as well.

The gentleman that works during the evenings is always so courteous and caring towards all of the CVS customers located on the corner of Normandie Avenue and Sepulveda Blvd. Moreover, I noticed while shelving merchandise, he will always look towards the entrance and welcome everyone who walks in.

The visit to CVS was excellent. The self checkout was a fine experience. The store had many items in stock. The atmosphere was pleasant.

Having to wait over an hour for medication you need ASAP because they don't have the password for THEIR computer. Never will come here again .
