We have been going to this particular CVS for quite some time everybody is very friendly the store is clean and stocked. The pharmacy is amazing. Sometimes it gets a little bit intense, depending what season it is. Bathrooms are available If you ask, they will take you to them. outdoor free parking and available disable parking as well as access that makes it very convenient. Comfortable easy to maneuver entrance and exciting done right. we have made many friends there over the years. We are lucky to have one nearby as well as a great team. Recognition to this CVS I think would be appropriate, especially the hard-working team in the pharmacy. They do a remarkable job as well as consulting with you regarding your medicine to keep you safe. Thank you team CVS.

I like this CVS since it is one of the few CVS's near me and my workplace that is open before 9am. Plus the staff there is friendly and helpful. There are also other good places to eat and shop at in this shopping center. I'd you need to do some shopping before work or just early in the morning in general, go here.

Love this location—one of the few 24 hour places left post-covid. Great selection of items, always find what I’m looking for at a reasonable price (considering inflation), clean, safe & their staff members are usually all incredibly kind & helpful…or, at the very least, pleasant. Especially the manager who greeted & offered to help me this morning, he’s an absolute gem! Easily my favorite CVS in all of Los Angeles…hell…all of California!

Went to this Pharmacy on Saturday had a $5 bonus one day only coupon that I did not see till 8:30 at night. Went to the store a little bit before 9:00. They have a bin for expired medication which I needed to use and needed a couple things. I shopped for about 20 minutes. When I got to the register it was about 9:15 I went to pull up my coupon to use for my purchase and it had disappeared off the app. The clerk called the manager. There's been an issue in the past with coupons expiring at midnight East Coast time and that was supposedly fixed months ago so they don't expire till midnight West Coast time. The manager was very kind. I'd forgotten to screenshot the coupon which I'm in the habit of doing because things do occasionally disappear off the app before they're supposed to. I didn't catch the manager's name but he honored the coupon which was very kind and I appreciated the good customer service. I tend to go to this location as they're open a little bit later, and they're a larger store with a good selection of merchandise. They used to be open 24 hours but almost no CVS locations are open round the clock. I will continue to shop here as needed versus other CVS locations.

The BEST CVS I've been to. I've been getting vaccinations at this store for three years and they are well organized, courteous and fast. I drive past 4 CVS stores to get to this location and it is worth the drive.

I just stopped in here because it's close to my house and I needed to get some daytime cold medicine. At checkout, the cashier (Monica) asked if I wanted to enroll in the Care Pass. I politely declined and her next comment was"Wow. Lot's of Rockefellers in here this morning."Me: "What does that mean?"Her caught off guard, "Oh, just that your item is aged restricted and needs a birthdate."I state my birthday and she replies, "Oh I already assumed you were over 21, so I just put in a date."I just stare at her for 2 seconds because I already don't feel well, and really am not feeling her assumptions and negativity. The Rockefeller comment was made because I declined to enroll and "Save" money. Therefore, since I don't want to join a program to "Save" money, (which if they really cared if I saved they would just price it accordingly, let's not kid ourselves these loyalty programs are marketing based not altruistic), I must be a wealthy person like the "Rockefellers".Not a horrible assumption, but none the less your job is to scan my item and take payment, not pass judgment on my financial habits. Second assumption about my age is b.s. too. I've purchased alcohol and other cold medicine from this location and I have been asked for ID or asked my birthdate every time. Now, I'm not mad you didn't ID me, I'm just annoyed at you lying to me about what you said and what you meant. If you meant something other than what I wrote, I apologize and will take this down, but since we are assuming today, I 'm going to assume I caught you talking trash and I'm going to call you out on it.The grocery store at the end of the plaza has everything I need, no need for me to patronize this location any longer.

OMG! This place is now one of, if not the best pharmacies in all of Los Angeles. That might seem like a very bold statement, but it's true. The location is a juggernaut in terms of where it's located & how many people it serves. I mean this location is always, always cranking. You should see the Pharmacist's & staff....they never never stop working. Whether it's for medications, prescription info & advice, a flu shot or Covid shot etc., I now love going to this location because they are fast, thorough & above all super friendly & professional. That's my personal opinion after having come to this location for over 12 years. This location has come a long, long way from when it was severely understaffed & had long lines. They finally have I think about 4 or 5 pharmacists to handle the unbelievable volume of work. Think I'm kidding....I'm not! They have a fast moving process & they waste no time.So if you need a good place to get your meds or shots or you simply need a consult, I honestly can't think of a better Pharmacy that I've experienced in the Los Angeles area. Go in and you'll see what I mean.

Horrible pharmacy. They do not contact you if any medication is out of stock and are rude when you call to inquire about it. I spoke with Matthew at the pharmacy who was rude, offered no help or alternative and this was for a cough medicine for a sick child. Very disappointed. I'm OK with the manufacturer being out - nothing they can do about that, but I'm not ok with them not at least contacting me to inform me so I can try to make other arrangements. They all need some customer service training here.

Yelp needs to update the CVS on 190th Street Torrance or CVS needs to update the hours. This location IS NOT 24 hours!!! I went there at 2am and it is closed! Even their sign near door says "Open 24 Hours ", what false advertisement!!!Signed,Unhappy customer
