Came to return item and I remember I choose a email receipt I didn’t get one but showed him I have survey how’s the product. I told him can I return it without receipt? The guy said no because I don’t have a receipt. I told him I can give me my ID because I showed you the survey and I don’t like it. He said he cannot. I told him I’m working at CVS I know the rules for 8 1/2 years and still working at them. And he cannot say anything about it. Lying about cannot return if without a receipt.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. Kristine Calderon was extremely rude. Today was the 3rd time I had to come back to attempt to pick up my prescription. Yesterday I was here twice due to a blackout. Today I was informed I came by when they closed for lunch. I was informed that my prescription is not covered by insurance which is fine because I have no problem of paying cash. What I don't appreciate is 0 communication informing me of the delay or possibility of not being in stock and the unbelievably unnecessary rudeness. I have to yet again take time out of my schedule to call and figure out the next steps instead of just being proactively informed of the status and options. Extremely awful customer service. Avoid this CVS location at all cost.

I've been paying over $100 for my monthly prescription, and I come to this pharmacy and they ask me if I know about the manufacturer coupon for my prescription. I've never been told about it before, but now I'm saving $60 off of $110. They really went out of their way to help me.

Every time I go here I get followed. And they know me even saw me coming with family before. Yet they still follow me around and ask if I "need anything". I'm a regular customer yet this still happens.

The worst pharmacy I have ever met, I am here for medication pick up after I surgery, I need medicine super emergency and my mouth still blooding, I can not speak,It hurts so much that I nearly faint,the workers No one ask,in the very needy situations, My wound is still bleeding in an emergency situation, I have waited for 15 minutes according to the rules of pain to the point of fainting when I can not speak, pharmacy staff without any greeting also deliberately ordered me to sit down, not sit down has not given me medicine, when I sat down to give me medicine, such difficult behavior I really can not understand Deliberately making things difficult for people None of them took the medicine at that time, they are chatting and deliberately delaying the time,super rude!zero point

This pharmacy has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only downside is the location. It's an old strip center and is pretty dumpy. Parking is also difficult.

Stay away from this CVS location as if your life depended on it. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the absolute worst CVS in Southern California. I'm serious. NO customer service nor customer service skills. Unless you plead with them, they will not ring you up at the register. You *must* self pay. DO. NOT. PATRON. THIS. CVS. P.S. I cannot speak for the pharmacy as I've never use them. So if they're good, perhaps you could use them.

this the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. I couldnt get my prescription for an entire week unless I paid out of pocket bc they didnt let me know there were some insurance billing issues until I called and asked. I think they should've told me that it was on hold so I can deal with those issues and get my prescription on time. But instead I had to miss a week off of the medication I need. The pharmacist Kristen I believe is her name is by far the rudest pharmacist ive ever encountered. Ive worked in customer service before and I dont want to be that person but she made this experience 10x worse. She was so rude and made me feel stupid for not knowing what the issue was when they didn't let me know of this issue until I called???
