I love this CVS pharmacy. It is exceptionally clean. The pharmacist, Chad Lamoureux, is always available when I need to speak with him about a specific prescription. Additionally, the pharmacy staff have been trained to treat the customers with courtesy. I used to go to the CVS pharmacy at PCH and Narbonne Avenue, in Lomita, but CVS closed this pharmacy and transferred all the customers records to the CVS Pharmacy at PCH and Eschelman Avenue, in Lomita. This CVS pharmacy is dirty and not kept up to the same standards of the CVS pharmacy located at 3020 Sepulveda Boulevard, in Torrance, which is where all of my prescriptions are now. This is the reason why I decided to change to the CVS Pharmacy at this location! ???

Pharmacy staff is lovely. They are very personable to the point of even remembering your name, your spouse, ect.. Great customer service will make sure your insurance covers the med you need.

I went to pick up medicine after I checked by phone it was ready. New female receptionist don't know the order status and kept asking me name and date of birth over and over again. She even do not say sorry for asking me continually same question. Poor memory and poor brain and bad attitude.

one star for closing half an hour early everytime. It says 10 pm on door but always door is lock at 9:30pm

Excellent personalized attention, with professionals in knowledge of medical services and totally free consultations, with high-quality certified medications, as well as a wide range of products, not only pharmaceutical but in general, I recommend CVS as a good shopping experience.

In the 17 years I lived close to this pharmacy, there was always the best care. Pharmacist Alex multiple times delivered meds personally way above the car of duty! Kudos to all!

i guess the complaints are related to the RX Department wmd occasionally, photo, department, but the store otherwise is great.

Cashier is lazy, not at the register and unfriendly. The is Veronica. She is in desperate need of customer service training. CVS needs to do better.

This review is specifically for the customer service rep/cashier named Al. I'm a dual citizen, and came in for passport photos for my Japanese passport. The the photo dimensions are a little different from the US passport, and I went to a few places that weren't sure how to do it. I went to CVS as my last stop for the night to give it another try. Al knew what to do- he looked it up, took the pictures, and printed the passport pictures with the correct dimensions. I know it took a little longer, but he was super professional, patient, courteous, and kind. He provided great customer service, which is awesome. But more importantly, he was also a good and kind human being in general. It's nice to come across people like this. This review is long overdue- I meant to leave it a few months ago. Anyway, thank you Al!

Alex and one of the girls in the pharmacy are so great! I am a type ONE diabetic and need insulin 24/7 to stay alive and he makes sure i always have it ready! thank you for making one thing in my disability a little easier. You two are the bomb! Wish i knew her name too.
