I have been going to this pharmacy for a long time and never had a bad experience. Dr. Pham and the staff are always so helpful and respectful. I appreciate all their help throughout the years. That’s why I will not go anywhere else for my prescriptions. Thank you all!

Bought an overpriced facial moisturizer and tried to return it so I can purchase the better priced product elsewhere. Bought the item the day before and never got a receipt. The return came out $6 less than what I paid for! And the cashier said it was because the return price is whatever the last sale price is... even if the current shelf price is what I paid for it... tried to reverse the return 5 minutes later and they tried charging me the same full price ! Lesson learned: don't send your husband to return your product, always get a receipt, and go to target for your facial moisturizer not CVS.

I had the privilege of meeting Dr Anulika Chilaka . The Dr is definitely a cut above. She is professional, courteous, and very gracious. I recommend anyone in the area in need of a knowledgeable professional .Go see Dr. Anulika. The young lady who works in the office is sharp as well. Thank you ladies and keep doing what you do.

Review for the pharmacy part. The Asian woman at the counter did not help me with the Covid vaccination and basically start typing up the request after my check in but she told me to wait and I never got helped after 30 min in an empty store so I ended up just leaving the store.

Wow I feel bad for the people working here they're all so nice and the 2 times I've been in they've had horrible customers. They're short staffed like everywhere else but they're all still being professional and very nice to every customer that is rude to them. Why bother going out if you're going to be a jerk to the people ringing you up and helping you? Stay home if you're in a mood!

This is just for the pharmacy. I came in today to pick up my prescription. Everything was going well until I noticed I was only getting when if my prescriptions when I usually pick up 2. So after I paid for one the girl at the counter told me to go to the pharmacist & see what is going on with my other prescription. I came over & I heard the lady speaking on the phone. Not sure what it was about I assumed it was work related & did not want to ease drop. So I waited patiently for her to finish. Then she starts talking to her co worker about the schedule. After about 5 -7 mins of who knows what she finally tends to me & asks me a question. Took her but 2 mins to fulfill my order. I'm sure she could careless by losing one customer.

Well it was about what I saw about 15mins before the store closed, only one young employee, never fretted me or said anything, but there was another person in the store that has been there for a little while already and the employee literally went over to look over him, accuse this poor kid of theft, which turned out he hadn't stolen anything. The guy had so much hatred towards that kid and for nothing at all. Very unprofessional and scary to see they don't or just choose not to follow policy,rules,guidelines and etc

Everyone is respectful and polite. I had a new perscription and the pharmacist used his card to give me a huge discount on that day and the following month he worked his magic and I haven't paid for that perscription since.

Went online to inquire about COVID testing and it said testing was available at this location. Just stopped in and asian woman with a lab coat (assuming a pharmacist) couldn't be bothered with assisting me. She said I had to schedule online and went about typing on the computer as if I wasn't there. I asked a clarifying question and she had zero interest in being helpful or cordial.

I only needed a couple of things: Dayquil/Nyquil capsules and a sympathy card. How I ended up buying 4 other things is beyond me. It was an ease finding those two things I needed, and it ended up being the same for the other stuff I got. The store (from what I saw) was really organized which explains why I found everything so quickly. I wasn't even in there five minutes! Staff was friendly. They didn't hesitate to give out N95 masks when requested. Good first (albeit quick) run!

Worst minute clinic Covid-19 testing facility ever. I parked as designated to wait on My covid testing and after 20 minutes of waiting for a call, a rude nurse comes out saying I don't answer and that I can't get a test, and then she tells me I'm at the wrong cvs when my email states otherwise. Then I tried calling the cvs but no answer. To sum it up, I got no test and no call ever, . The nurse was so insensitive about it too, It was just a horrible experience because I was already so overwhelmed by the possibility of having covid and turns out because of their system fail I never got my call or my test done. If I could give this experience Zero stars, I would.

I booked an appt for a flu shot. I got there filled out the paperwork and was told my insurance was not going through. I thought there was something wrong so I went outside and called my insurance and I was told they were running it incorrectly and they need to run as Medical and not Pharmacy. I got the phone number of a person that could help CVS run the right code if they had any issues. I went back inside and told them I need them to run it as medical and they said the pharmacy was only able to run as pharmacy code not medical. I was told that their Minute Clinic however can run as medical. I walked over to their Minute Clinic to be told they are booked and found out no appts for a few days. Multiple people had been directed there that day for flu shots for medical billing and they were backed up. I left annoyed and frustrated. Found out from my mom she went to CVS S PCH and had no issues with her insurance being run as medical for a flu shot. I drove over there and they had no issues figuring out the correct codes. I was either told this CVS only bills as pharmacy to direct more people to their Minute Clinic or they aren't properly trained at insurance and the steps it takes to run as Medical for a flu shot. Telling people they need to go somewhere else and make more stops than necessary to get a flu shot is poor customer experience. 2 stars for a nice person working at pharmacy but minus stars for inaccurate information
