The worst pharmacy I have ever met, I am here for medication pick up after I surgery, I need medicine super emergency and my mouth still blooding, I can not speak,It hurts so much that I nearly faint,the workers No one ask,in the very needy situations, My wound is still bleeding in an emergency situation, I have waited for 15 minutes according to the rules of pain to the point of fainting when I can not speak, pharmacy staff without any greeting also deliberately ordered me to sit down, not sit down has not given me medicine, when I sat down to give me medicine, such difficult behavior I really can not understand Deliberately making things difficult for people None of them took the medicine at that time, they are chatting and deliberately delaying the time,super rude!zero point

Came in today for some medicine. Great service especially from Renee love the smile and the amazing service she provided. I love this location as its the closest one.

By all means, this CVS is our regular and FAVORITE for their personnel who are so wonderful and friendly like family in our visit(s). There is none other for which we give our Thanks to GOD for them and want only the best blessing to be with them as we keep them in prayer with gratitude for His Divine Appointments that they are.

This pharmacy has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only downside is the location. It's an old strip center and is pretty dumpy. Parking is also difficult.

Stay away from this CVS location as if your life depended on it. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the absolute worst CVS in Southern California. I'm serious. NO customer service nor customer service skills. Unless you plead with them, they will not ring you up at the register. You *must* self pay. DO. NOT. PATRON. THIS. CVS. P.S. I cannot speak for the pharmacy as I've never use them. So if they're good, perhaps you could use them.

this the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. I couldnt get my prescription for an entire week unless I paid out of pocket bc they didnt let me know there were some insurance billing issues until I called and asked. I think they should've told me that it was on hold so I can deal with those issues and get my prescription on time. But instead I had to miss a week off of the medication I need. The pharmacist Kristen I believe is her name is by far the rudest pharmacist ive ever encountered. Ive worked in customer service before and I dont want to be that person but she made this experience 10x worse. She was so rude and made me feel stupid for not knowing what the issue was when they didn't let me know of this issue until I called???

Worst pharmacy ever. Pharmacy tech and pharmacist very rude. They interupt service when you are next in line to handle telephone calls. Won't answer direct questions to help you obtain needed medication. Personnel do not care about personal healthcare. Only an insurance based market scheme.

Never would I have imagined myself writing a review for CVS and never would I have imagined giving them 5 stars. This is for the customer service I received from Leslie and her manager Miguel. I went in a couple of weeks ago because I had a $10 reward on my CVS ExtraCare card and I needed to stock up on Tylenol. The reward showed up in an email and it also showed up on my CVS app but for some reason it didn't appear when Leslie scanned my app nor did it show up when she put in my phone number. Along comes manager Miguel to help but he also couldn't figure it out. They both spent time trying to sort it out and never appeared annoyed nor dismissive. Miguel finally suggested I call Customer Service and by the way, the customer service representatives were super nice as well.I also want to note that when I was standing in line there was an elderly gentleman in front of me and Leslie showed a lot of patience and kindness towards him. That really made my day.So please do not laugh at my 5 stars for CVS. Leslie and Miguel truly deserve it.

Went to pick up medicine at the Torrance and Anza CVS Pharmacy for my husband. The worker at the front named Jenny was very rude and passive aggressive after I had asked her if I could simply pick up my medicine. She snapped at me when I didn't understand her question and made me wait for 20 minutes to get the REAL pharmacist. I would give this place a zero star review if I could!! If you see her I recommend asking someone else for assistance. Wish I was joking... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! She does not deserve to work there! I repeat... JENNY at the front clerk of the CVS pharmacy is the WORST!

This CVS Drug Store is about the worst store the company has. The store itself always looks dirty, even if it is clean it always looks dirty inside. There is very little employees in the store and the one's they have are useless and lazy.

I signed up for a carepass membership last month and I was excited when I got the email (11/1/19)letting me know that my $10 reward for November was available!! When I came to the store to use it (11/6/19)I was told it had been redeemed(11/3/19)!!! By who!!?? The account is under an old phone number that only myself would still be using!! I had to call customer service and all I was told is that it was redeemed on the third, one day after I got the email!!! I have a feeling that the guy that had me sign up used my phone number and redeemed my $10 coupon that I literally pay for! So lame and now I don't trust it so I had to cancel!! If I didn't feel ripped off this would be such a great deal...so if you have this use ur coupons immediately or they may be gone!

This is really two reviews, a 5 for the front counter people and a 4 for the pharmacy people. Since I deal with the front counter people much more often, the place gets a pretty good overall score of 5. The front counter employees are happy and make friends with the customers, but it is important to note that they still keep the line moving quickly (=no waiting for people to finish chit chatting). I kind of wonder if the workload in the pharmacy is a bit of a grind and responsible for some of the complaints there from others. I am happy to say I have never seen a bad attitude from anybody in the store over the last few years. I recommend CVS take good care of their employees. They have some very good people.

Friendly curtious knowledgeable and fast! I finally found a good pharmacy with staff who actually care about their paying patients! I highly recommend this CVS!

Staff friendly, store somewhat clean, prices are expensive, when there is a sale, that's when to shop.
