I spoke with a sales person who said they are trying to get business and will be sending us two toner packs and that we would receive an open invoice that is subject to approval. I didn't end up using them and tried to return them less than a month later. The lady I spoke with at that time said, "are you sure? You can try keep them a little longer and I'll check back in", I said sure. She DID NOT mention at that point that if we waited until she checked back in, that I couldn't return them. So when she called back to check back in, I said yeah we haven't used them so I want to return them, she was like "oh well I don't think you can return them now, it's past the time". So now I have toners still in their packages that I can't use AND still have to pay. BAIT AND SWITCH! Do not trust them!

Amazing staff!! The team at Crimson is really good. You can tell they have been selling office supplies for a long time. I'm very impressed how friendly they are and will continue to do business with this company. They make sells calls which turns off a lot of customers I'm sure. I understand why they do it if your name isn't Staples, Office Depot and CDW this is the way companies make money. To say the least we prefer to deal with small business. Thank you so much Jeff for all you do for our company!!!

Placed an order with Crimson Imaging and received a confirmation email with an order number. A week later I checked the tracking on their site which showed "processing". I called they couldn't find my order in the system. Come to find out they voided my order because the product wasn't available anymore.
I never received a phone call or email to notify me of this and their site still shows processing. Will never order from them again.

Keeps promising refund for returned merchandise, but never posts refund to credit card. This has been dragging on for months! Also uses high pressure boiler room tactics to sell products to staff, refuses to stop calling. interesting that three 5 star reviewers all posted to Yelp within 3 days of each other over 2 years ago.

Anthony and the Crimson team are incredibly helpful for all my toner needs. They offer a wide variety of office supplies as well,which helps me to save both time and money. I also get a huge yummy bag of m&ms with all my orders, My whole office loves that. I highly recommend Crimson Imaging!!!!!!

Do not use this company.... They have very high pressure phone sale. Very rude. I have asked over and over for them to stop calling. I have reported them to the BBB and they just ignored it. I am filing suit with the California Attorney General today. It is nothing but a con job that hires the scum of the earth. One sales person yesterday told me to FU*****CK OFF !!!!!!!!!

THIS COMPANY LIESSSSSS!!!!!!......PAGE YIELDS ON INKCARTHRIDGES IS ALL LIES......RETURNS-they will never give you a RMA number. they will even try to push to get 25% restocking fees. YOU NEVER NEED TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE. They dont have a return policy on there site or there invoice. they will push your return labels past the 30 days to get you to pay a "25 percent restocking fee". its been 15 days and four calls later since i called for a return label and they still dont have a ETA on when i will get a return label......so michelle!....yeah michelle.....if you reading this WHATS THE ETA!!!???

This company is driving me insane. They have gone to our company website and proceeded to call every single person within my department to give their sales pitch. Each person then refers them to me, since I am the procurement officer. I bet I get at least 2 calls per week, every week, sometimes more. I would not buy from them out of spite. They call you up and act like your best friend: "Hi Sam! How are you doing today?" before even introducing themselves. Annoying is not a strong enough word. Just pray they don't get your company's directory.

Do NOT support this company. Ths company uses boiler room tactics/phone calls with employees that don't care to listen to their perspective customers. I asked to be removed from their cold call phone list. I repeated myself three times and asked him to respect my wishes. Jason said he would not remove me from his list but started in on his sales pitch. I then contacted the front desk and asked for the person who operates the boiler room. she asked whi I was, I said I was someone that Crimson Imaging had contacted repeatedly and needed to have my name removed from their contact list. She told me that since I'm a california based business, that I have no protection against this. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and I'm warning anyone of the type of business they run. no morals, no worries, no sale to me.
