Keeps promising refund for returned merchandise, but never posts refund to credit card. This has been dragging on for months! Also uses high pressure boiler room tactics to sell products to staff, refuses to stop calling. interesting that three 5 star reviewers all posted to Yelp within 3 days of each other over 2 years... read full comment

Anthony and the Crimson team are incredibly helpful for all my toner needs. They offer a wide variety of office supplies as well,which helps me to save both time and money. I also get a huge yummy bag of m&ms with all my orders, My whole office loves that. I highly recommend Crimson Imaging!!!!!!
