Great location. Beautifully hotel. Typical rooms. Easy access and plenty of parkings. Warning: grass cutting at 7:30AM is very annoying.Safety: Nice clean area just outside LAX.

The room here is pretty basic, but the front desk staff is super friendly. You get your core essentials and and small lounger with a chaise to hangout and enjoy a ice cold beer after a long day at work. The room is clean and housekeeping occurs every other day upon your approval during the reservation process. There is a fridge inside the room but no microwave. Instead, there is a single really basic communal microwave in the ice room right by the elevator, which I find odd. I really like the RFID enabled mobile keycard, it really elevated my experience at this hotel. Rather than checking in at the front desk, all I need to do is check in to the hotel via the Marriott BonVoy mobile app and the hotel will issue a mobile keycard (much like a Tesla key) to the app. Checking out is just as straight forward. No need to check out at the front desk and an invoice was emailed to me. Parking is ample and well lit at night. There is a 24 hour "market" by the front desk for basic beverage, beer and snacks which came in handy for the 3 nights I was in town. The downstairs bistro, while pricey, satisfies your hunger if you do not have the energy to go out to a restaurant. The hotel is geared more towards the solo business traveler, in my opinion, rather than tailored towards a family vacation travel, and they hit all the mark.

Nicely updated lobby and rooms. However, the free internet was so slow that if you need to get any work done, you better pay the $7 for high speed internet. For $200 per night, I expected free internet.

Was good experience. Friendly staff, cafe available at lobby, priced moderately. Lot of parking available. Easy to find while driving. Was difficult to find the entrance at night from road.Rooms: Rooms were clean. Restrooms were outdated and need remodeling. Rooms were far away from front desk.Food & drinks: Cafe available at lobby

I really enjoyed my stay here. I love great customer service and I was extremely pleased with how I was treated. I arrived early to tend to a family emergency and even though they had no rooms available, they worked very hard to get one ready within 30 minutes. They were also very accommodating when I needed to extend my trip for two additional nights. I have to fly in for work about 5 times a year and this will definitely be my preferred stay. It’s also a plus that parking and wifi is complimentary.

This unfortunately was one of worst hotels I have stayed at in a really long time.I needed a quick place to stay after traveling from the east coast and have happily stayed at Marriott hotels many times in the past. From the second I arrived, the experience was miserable.Instead of a kind welcoming face to be greeted by after my travel, I was greeted by a rude and stern woman first unlocked the front door of the lobby. She refused to check me in until after making me go to the business center to print an unnecessary document since she wouldn’t accept the email copy. I asked her if there was a manager and she said “no but I’m the auditor”. I was very tired and considered a new hotel at this point, but since it was late I decided to just stay anyway. The room itself was disgusting.As soon I as I entered the room it must’ve been 80 degrees. There were handprints on the walls in the bathroom, the bathroom door was cracked like someone was trying to break in, and the paint chipped. When I went to take a shower the pipes made a terrible noise and the water barely streamed out. When I tried to speak to the front desk they tried to blame my issues on the availability of rooms they had and also stated the manager was busy. I called back to speak to the manager Mario and they said he was busy again and would call me back. I never received a call back and they over charged me!I finally got ahold of the manager Mario by calling again and he was working the front desk. He was kind and realized my experience was definitely not up to par for a Marriott hotel. He said he would fix this for me. He never got back to me again.I’ve never had such a miserable experience before and will definitely not be returning. Anyone that’s thinking of a hotel to stay at for the night. Skip this one, it’s not worth the frustration and disappointment.

Exactly what you would expect from a courtyard. No frills. Clean comfy rooms. Modern decor. Pleasant staff. Very quiet and we maintained.

Rooms: I think the room details need to be updated. When I originally booked our room, I selected a room with 2 Queen beds and a Sofa bed trundle. Our room didn't have the sofa bed trundle, nor did we have that option upon arrival. The room was clean and we managed with what was available. The fridge is small. No microwave in the room, but there was one in the hall by the ice machine. We did not like the bathroom set-up. There is no countertop to place items down on.
