WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD HERE THEY DONT DIRECT TRAFFIC AT ALL THE PEOPLE HERE ACT LIKE THEY HAVE NEVER SHOPED IN THERE LIVES AND ARE ALL SO RUDE. My last straw before giving this place a 1 star review was a worker came behind me with a sample cart and start screaming in such a rude manner BEEP BEEP WALK FASTER PLESDE while trying to run me over i hate shoping here.

I've been a never for years and often visit. But so does everyone. And while they have some of the longest lines to wait in there, i still enjoy coming, and spending 5 times what i originally planned on. This location is well-organized, clean, and has a great selection of products. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. One highlight for me is definitely the Costco food court. They serve the best hot dogs and pizza around—it's always a treat! The prices are unbeatable, and the quality is consistently excellent. Whether you're stocking up on essentials or grabbing a quick bite, the Torrance Costco is a top-notch

TMOBILE--- me and my parents came back after being with ATT and their horrible service! Hans - the site manager was amazing! He explained our offers and discounts and rebates, we got the best deal ever! In addition to excellent customer service provided by Hans, we also had the pleasure of finishing & getting our internet service with Mitch! He is the most pleasant mobile expert we have ever encountered. I am so happy we are back on the best 5G network in the country! Thank you Hans & Mitch, we appreciate you!

This Costco warehouse is one of the best in the area. It is larger than other warehouses and offers a wider variety of items for sale, including furniture and mattresses. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are always samples available, and parking is ample, although it can get busy on weekends.

RUTH is God sent. This angel was sent down to remind us of the compassion and kindness that seems to be missing at times. Ruth was kind to help me with the return of the display box and her thoughtfulness towards my children was outstanding. Please say a shout out and recognize her for her marvelous customer care experience and service for our family. She saw I was struggling with my son and she was offering him water and candy to help him relax as he was getting up. Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, compassion and excellence and customer service. You exemplify COSTCO culture, RUTH!

It's been a few times recently that leaving the store, the person checking receipt, they look at receipt then the items in my cart, 3 times. Makes me feel like they think I'm stealing. When my total is always over $500. Never had that experience before.
