Amazing customer service at this location and the lady that does the piercing is very great I highly recommend she is available Tuesday-Saturday and no appointment needed.

This is the worse CVS Pharmacy. They forgot to add to the final purchase my kid's inhaler spacer and tried laid to my face which they were caught. Here I am again wasting my time in line to get what I should've got in the first place. Avoid this location. Rubbish!

WHY does this store say it's open 24 hrs when it's not? They need to update their hours. Ridiculous too drive out here for nothing!

Wish I could give less than one star. How in the world is a business that operates for the purpose of healing and giving prescriptions out to people close for lunch when they have more than one person working there? Most people pick up the prescriptions for their own lunchtime what business in their right mind would decide to close for lunch? I will definitely be switching my prescriptions to somewhere else. What a joke!

Yelp needs to update the CVS on 190th Street Torrance or CVS needs to update the hours. This location IS NOT 24 hours!!! I went there at 2am and it is closed! Even their sign near door says "Open 24 Hours ", what false advertisement!!! Signed, Unhappy customer

Pharmacist James is exceptional. Despite working a late shift and handling many difficult patients, and putting himself at risk as a front line provider; he is professional, courteous and thorough. He is very knowledgeable. Truly exemplary of the medical profession.

I had the bad experience with the pharmacy counter staff (I think her name is Shiela). How do they even find someone that rude and unprofessional to work at the pharmacy counter? She is not only rude but also doesn't seem to know what she is doing. She doesn't listen or answer questions. She can only utter a very few uninformative response in yelly voice. She looks miserable working there. I felt so sorry for the old lady in front of me who was asking questions but had a bit trouble with language. Then she also talked to me in yelly voice and angry mannerism. Then she missed to write some information in vaccine card and when I asked to add it, she murmured who needs such information. Wow! Good job CVS on hiring such personal for the pharmacy.

To make it short and precious This review is about the coupon and sort of membership coupon that is created by CVS. As a customer l compare the prices in similar stores . Walgreens vs Rite Aid vs CVS in this case. Usually CVS has more convenient locations but higher prices. CVS has an offer to charge 5.49 /month for $10 discount on your purchase per month. Also, CVS gives lots of in house coupon which is printed each time on the receipts I tried to justify the higher prices by using these coupons. Unfortunately, I was not in any way successful to apply these coupons to purchases I made for justification of higher prices. The $10 coupon vs 5.49 is ok if you take your time and search for the real deal . Of course the main reason to shop in the first place was the convenience of the location and save time! The rest of the coupons are useless... the higher prices vs a few $ if you could apply any of them without frustration!!! As the result their associates became rude to the customers as well!

I had a terrible experience today at the register with Yesenia and Cade. They claimed to be the store supervisors but really acted as untrained staffs who are defensive and rude. I went to the register to buy a couple of items with a $5 coupon, knowing my bill will be just a couple of dollars. I was surprised that Yesenia didn't ask for the CVS card nor my phone#. She told me it's $7 something. I said, that's not right, did you use the coupon. She said rudely: I already scanned the coupon and everything is correct. I told her to recheck and said the coupon must have not been taken somehow. Then she realized something wrong and said defensively: I will fix it, don't yell at me. Then Cade also chipped in, saying "don't yell, she will fix it". I told her: I didn't yell at all, just telling you that you made a mistake. She replied: everyone makes mistakes! Seriously? She made a mistake and when I pointed it out, she insisted she did everything correct. I pushed her to check and when she found out she was wrong, she not only didn't apologize but defensively accuse me of yelling? Is that how the clerks here are trained to treat customers - putting blames on customer for their own mistakes? And that Cade person, they cover each other's back when dealing with customer complaints! If you made a mistake, you should say I am sorry, let me fix it for you. Manager, the manner of your clerks are missing at this store....

Lead pharmacist and her team are always working non-stop, multitasking and serving their customers as prompt as possible. Our family has been making the longer drive to fill our prescriptions here. During Covid edicts, they mailed prescriptions to seniors via USPS. The Head pharmacist goes out of her way to phone the MD if prescriptions are not covered by insurance and/or extremely costly ( in excess of $100-200.) Recently, ear drops were going to cost $215. not covered by insurance, so she phoned the MD for a substitute and that also was not covered ($200.) so she continued to root out a 3rd medication and that WAS covered by insurance $10./co-pay. The team at CVS has always been efficient and are BUSY, but I have always witnessed caring service (especially for the Seniors). And as we were making a purchase at Self Checkout, a floor employee came over to ask us if we were doing okay and if we were in need of any assistance. Often pharmacy waits/queues can be lengthy if you go during Prime Time. *Also received my flu shot here and they were prompt and efficient during Covid edicts.
