The staff was busy at work or attending to other customers clothes, but the owner still took the time to explain the wait time and answered my question about how the selling process worked. 10/10 solid thrift store with a good selection. I got a sick mötley crüe shirt! ??”

“My mom and I just came in yesterday to use my birthday reward($5 off). Now, this store is on the other side of the mall where Lucille’s is. So just be careful on how you enter the mall itself. ? It took a while to get there.
Excellent service from the workers, and my cashier was Diego(he’s very nice and sweet!). And another worker complimented my shoes, which was amazing.
And as for the overall rating, 10/10. It was easy to find what I wanted to buy(I originally wanted to buy a keychain but my mom wouldn’t let me lol).
I will definitely be coming back in the near future! My main store was the South Bay Galleria, but I am definitely making Del Ami my main.

“I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”

“I've been here a few times since moving to the South Bay in August. The mall is gorgeous and big but this Hollister location is a bit compact. I've noticed this with many of the stores here, they tend to run smaller than the same store in another mall. It can feel a bit cramped especially if it's busy.Today I went to return some pants that didn't fit. It was a bit complicated because I had previously exchanged them and the store was also very busy due to the holidays but the girl that helped me was super patient. When she needed the manager she didn't just call for her, she physically went and looked for her. The employees here GET THINGS DONE! The manager politely walked her through the process but they were only able to give me store credit (which was fine, they put in so much effort I really appreciated it).Before I left the register I asked if they had a certain style I had seen online in stock (I felt bad because they had already taken so much time with me) and the girl said let me check the back room for you. She didn't have any attitude or anything, even though there were so many people in line. I was impressed.She came back with the item and then asked if I'd like to try it on. I was like YES! She was so great. Whoever trains employees at this location deserves five stars. You have a great, hardworking team with lots of patience. Thank you for a great experience!”

“Grabbed some bra’s and panties (they’re THE best I’ve owned). But what made it better was Tatiana’s help. She was so patient and helpful finding my size and helping me find the right bra, it’s very hard for me to find a good bra. She made feel sooo comfortable!!! “I absolutely LOVE the CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! The Manager and staff here were very friendly and helpful the other day when I went to look for an item. I ended up buying two items and coming back a few days after to use my additional 30% coupon. So today I spent close to $300 on a bunch of clothes that I can use for winter and everyday. Selection here is incredible not to mention the great value because the prices are very affordable. I honestly am not into designer clothing so this is my favorite store and as cheesy as it sounds, I am a serious regular just because their quality and prices, plus exceptional customer service is the best. I go to many F21 locations but lately this has been my favorite.”

“I'm extremely impressed with the level of customer service here. Today I went in at 7:30 pm to hem my pants but I forgot the receipt at home. They had a tailor ready to leave at 8pm but was willing to give me until 7:45pm to take a photo of the bill from my housemate. I barely got the hemming done but they handled the service, took my measurements and hemmed them by 8:40pm the same day. The staff were also very friendly and talkative when they saw me waiting for the bill. They could have easily told me to come back the next day but they were willing to make an exception for the customer.”
“A huge and well stocked discount store but strangely it's less crowded compared to the Ross and Marshalls stores along the same strip. The washroom was locked when I visited. This store takes a very serious view on shoplifting and there's a security guard at the entrance to control customers entrance and exit.”

“I made a return and purchase at this location a few weeks ago. I was worried I wouldn't be able to make the return due to losing the receipt, but was informed that they are able to now find past purchases on your card if the purchase was made within the past 30 days. The cashier that checked me out was nice and helpful. It was a little disorganized as most locations tend to be, but the line moved quickly which is not typical of most Ross locations that I've visited.”
